We have received several calls from this number and there is no one there.  I tried calling back but it just rang and rang.  Caller ID just sas TEXAS.

I answered once again, there was silence.  I picked up the phone but did not say anything and I waited quietly.  Finally a young man came to the phone and said my name (incorrectly) and I said, "Yes."  He said "This is (missed the name) from Publishers."  I said, "What Publishers?"  He said, "North Atlantic Magazines."  I said, "I really do not need any magazines, I sleep a lot and the many, many phone calls from this number that come through with no one on the other end of the line, interrupt my sleep.  Please take my phone off of your list. This is a 'Do Not Call' number so please take it off of the list."  He said, "I will do that."   I said, "Thank you."

This is a scam involving a magazine subscription. They try to con you with a "bonus" subscription that's free. The first person you speak to is a "opener" which is basically a dim wit that was recently hired.  If you BS enough, you'll get connected to a so-called supervisor also known as the "closer". This is the guy who's time you really want to waste. Of course the "free bonus" can only be sent to you after you give them a credit card.  Long story short, they'll rape your card and you'll never see a magazine.
I was on the phone with them for 12 minutes, I could have made it longer but I was in a hurry. I hope they call back again.

Calls once/twice a week... pick up the phone and silence.  Waited 10-15 seconds, still silence, hung up.

Called twice...I missed both calls but when I tried to call back, I could not get through at at all despite the fact that I am in the same area code...I Googles this number and there were several postings with the same experience as mine but there was one I read that said the caller was trying to sell magazine subscriptions and that it was actually a scam...I am on the "Don't Call" list my only phone number so i would suppose that whoever is calling is violating any regulation to the "don't Call" list...thank you.

They call twice a week. I pick up and no one is there. And i try calling back and it just hangs up..

I get a phone call from this number every morning.  I don't answer everytime but when I do, there is no one on the line.  When I call the number back, it does not ring, I just get a busy signal.

I want this to stop.

I get calls from this number with no message, but I never answer my phone so screw them!

I answered phn call n no 1 answered,i heard bk ground noise but no 1 said snything ! Aggravating to say lease ! Hung up n called # again n # eud not go thru !

Ask them to stop calling,  they called me all yesterday.

this number calls at least twice every day and never speaks , when I call the number back there is a busy signal.

Thats the same thing happened to me

I answered the phone like three times but that's nothing or nobody will be entertaining the phone

They are a scam. Talk so fast that you can understand them and call 20 times a day.

We didn't pick up, too bad, could have wasted someone's time!

Keeps Calling And Hanging Up , If This Continues , I Will Sue !

This number has been calling me constantly for the last few days , silence but I could hear people in the far background, I don't want these calls anymore

I want to know how the law allows this but my ticket turns into a warrant. WYF I am the first to say free speech but these [***] won't talk or receive return calls. ( picture cartoon smoke rolling out of my ears)
