Male caller on my cell from "Texas Dept. Of Health Insurance".  Asked if I were driving and was it safe for me to talk at this time?  I replied I was not drivng but did not want to answer any question and hung up.

I got a call from this number stating they were from the CDC doing a phone survey and the first question they asked was whether or not I was driving and if it was a safe time to talk.

Me too. freaky . Indiana state health and said it was the government when said I am on the no call list. they wont quit calling me.

Calls daily on my cell 7 days a week

they have called every night for two months cause they want the male adult to do the survey.  My husband works out of town for weeks at a time.   They will not leave me alone!  im about to  sue them!

Rec'd a call from this number on Sat 5/4/2013 at 12PM.  Caller left a message stating he was from the
FLORIDA Dept of Health and they were doing a survey and to call them etc
I do not respond to numbers I do not recognize.  
Caller ID was listed as Clearwater Res

Got a call from 512-687-7855 contacted my business line. Caller ID: Clearwater Res. Lady asked what number she called. I said, you called me and you don't know? She said, is this a business or residence? I'm conducting a survey for residences. I said I was working and didn't have time for a survey, then hung up.

Just rec'd a call from this number.  Young lady stated she was calling to conduct a survey on the health of NY State residents. I told her I do not accept solicitation calls and hung up on her, as she was trying to convince me to stay on.

I got the same call yesterday and today (NYS dept of health).  I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number so they left messages.

They just called me from Texas on a Sunday night
I have told them to stop.  I have no time while taking care of an ailing father

Rec'd a call on Sat from 512-687-7855. A man stated where he was calling from but I couldn't understand him. He asked if I was driving and if it was safe for me to talk. I told them I couldn't talk and hung up. Got another call from them today. I called the number back and it said on the automated system that they were doing some kind of study.

They continue to call several times a day, after being told I will not answer questions, and told to remove my # from their list. They say they are not bound by the DO NOT CALL LIST. Once they are told someone does not wish to answer their questions, they should STOP calling. I"M the one paying for the phone, for MY convenience. Annoying beyond belief!

This number called my cell phone. I do not wish to have someone I don't know using my cell phone. It could cost my going over my call limit. I did not answer the phone.

They called me several times but did not leave a message. I am blocking their calls thru my cell phone settings. Very annoying.

Stated he was from health and human services
calls every night at 9pm
does not speak very good English hard to understand

Got a call from this number and the caller id said "Clearwater Res". Did not answer. But they have called several times in the past few months and weeks. Very irritating. On the do not call list but yet they all still keep calling. Left a message on the answering machine, well sort of, all they did was laugh. Very odd.

I am getting calls from this number almost daily.  They claim they are from the PA Health Dept.  

Just received call from this number in Florida and the lady said she was calling from the Indiana Department of Health.  I told her there was nothing on caller ID indicating that and why would it be coming from Florida on a Saturday if it was connected to Indiana government? Told her I was on the Do Not Call list and to not call my home again.  I will report this to the actual IN Dept. Of Health on Monday when they are open.

Sorry, my above post said Florida...actually it was Clearwater TX.

I got a call from the same Caller ID.  No message.  I filed a complaint with the FTC.
