Call multiple times per hour payment due 3 weeks ago and i have set up payment already.  it is really annoying

I had number taken off their list and told them to never call me again. A few months later they are at it again. Their excuse? They got my phone number from my credit report!

These guys are nasty! If you miss just one payment they close your account!

Don't ever by from Dell!

Dell is the worst company to buy a computer from.  If you miss one payment they will bomb you with about 20 calls a day, every day until you make payment.  I can't stand them.

quit your whining, at least these are legit calls. If someone owed you money (usually computers are more than $1500) with no security...and they didnt pay you, wouldnt you do whatever you could under law to recoup said money???

BTW:  Im getting bombarded with automatic calls also, and im up to date with payments...im kinda getting annoyed

They call every hour. Sometimes they hang up when I answer and some times they don't. When they do they demand payment, even if payment arrangements have already been made. State that can keep calling every hour, if they want until payment is in their hand and payment arrangements are not paid, unless payment is in their hand.

Bomabard every hour with calls every hour, even if payment arrangements have already been made. They say payment arrangements have not been made, if payment has not been made. Dells computers are crap. Something went wrong my Dell computer, while still under warranty, they would not make good on it. Computer is broke and I know use a better brand name computer. Can get assistance when have problems with it and it was affordable to payoff in cash.

I have an account with Dell.  One weekend they called me 17 times for $49.00.  I called and made payment and told them that, yes I owed the payment, but to call like they did was a bit much.  I've set up payment arrangements and they still call, but I understand that.  For me, everyone I've dealt with has been courteous.  Maybe I was just lucky with the customer service reps.  I don't get that many calls from my other creditors and they have been responsive with what arrangements I've been able to make.  One even took $5.00.

Never gotten a call from Dell, but newsflash people. Thats a major violation of the FDCPA to keep calling you like that. I would totally report them and not give those [***] a dime.

Yup.  Dell reputation is bad, not only regarding collections, but also with regards to computer support.  Next time around, I'm going with Hewlett Packard.

I receive a call from Dell Financial several times per day. They got my number by mistake, I do not even have a Dell, nor any business with them. The problem is that this is an automatic machine, and I can not even complain, because they transfer the call to somewhere else and the call drops in 10 seconds.
They number that calls me changes almost every week: 5127283343; 8666083355; 8662066644, but it is always the same @#$% of Dell Financial.
Called them, talked to a representative and they say that they removed my number from their system. I will keep you posted if they continue to annoy me.

fcc regulations say that they can not call more than 4 times in a 24hour time frame !! i understand they want their money but they leave no message and call at least twice every hour for $60.00!! their tech department sucks and their computers are horrible !! not worth your time or $$

So very disappointmet with DELL, you would think that with such a big co the would treat their customers better...
one late payment and they close your account!
