Called and did not leave a message.  Leave a message and you'll get a return call!

These people keep calling my cell phone and leaving a voicemail every single day.  It is a wrong number because they keep asking for someone else.  The message says if I am not that person to hang up.  When I list to message I just usually ignore it but it is getting so frustrating for them to be calling everyday for this person.  I don't want to call this number in case of it being spam.

have gotten several in the last few days. I have just ignored them.

Finally answered after the 20th time this number called..some
Guy tried to verify my SS# & butchered my name..no thanks.

It is Halsted Financial Services, another bottom-feeder collection agency.  Also calls from 224-935-9047,
877-833-1629.  Gives a callback# of 888-860-3022.  All computerized, with a generic scare tactic msg.

Lt, I am getting 512-765-9355 and 224-935-9047 every day this week.  So annoying! :-(  I cant answer the phone as I am hearing impaired.  Is there a way I can block from that numbers calling me again?

This company/person is on my last nerve.  When the call comes in here, doesn't even say Texas but has this number in title:  V322171633006841    then the phone # of 512-765-9355.

They don't leave messages.  I have called them back and told them if they are calling for such and such, this is not the number........they don't leave a name they are calling for, but I have told them I have only had this number for a few months.

Today I called back and some guy answered the phone and said his name........don't remember what it was. I asked that he remove my number and the jerk hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you block your number before dialing theirs, it won't go through....................guess the JERKS don't want to be bothered!!

Got a call from this number as well. All you have to do is get in touch with your phone provider (cell or land line both offer this) and add the number to your "block list", its a free service and you can easily get rid of this annoyance. Just did this...took all of 2 minutes :)

This caller is categorized as harassment. Keeps calling my landline and/or cell # & insists that is going to send legal document to my residence. Has been going on for one month. Repeatedly have told caller that there is no one at my residence by the name he gives & I have never heard of that person. Keeps insisting that I must give the name of a contact person so the legal document can be delivered to my residence. I told him I believe the call is a scam & I will not give out any information. The calls on my id are both from Texas -  713-936-9066 on 4-11-13 (I did a callback on this # & it was answered "Legal Dept". I asked who is this? He said Legal Dept so I told him this call came to my phone & he asked # the call came to & I told him; he said no they didn't call my # because it is on a Do Not Call List; told him I did receive a call & he insisted was not his company) and other call from # 512-765-9355 on 5-01-13.

This number is a personal number. What happens is, the scammer has software or a forwarding system that will forward INCOMING calls to a financial institution -- in this case, Halsted Financial. The financial institution is legitimate. The number they're calling from is not. They call with fake collectors, are ridiculously rude, and are trying to get people to pay them over the phone. If you call them back, their software routes your call to the legitimate company who --SHOCKER-- doesn't have your name in their system at all.

Someone from this number keeps calling, yet they never leave a message. I never answer unless I know who is calling. I am hoping they get tired of never getting an answer and either leave a message or stop calling me!!!!!

I have received calls from this number and when I answer, they hangup, I called back, they answered and hung up immediately.

I answered a call from this Texas phone number today (512)7659355. That man knew the person who had my phone number before I did. Kept asking for her, I kept implying I don't know who Leslie Smith is. Man on the phone started to get an attitude with me and told me "usually when people change their phone number they change their caller ID." and then hung up. Me being the person I am called back and cussed them out and threated them with harassment charges if they ever tried to call me again.

They are a Collections outfit also known as Halstead Financial.

These people are Halstead which is a collection agency.  They are extremely rude.  I tried calling them back with a blocked number and their system won't take blocked calls - too funny. They claim I owe a payday advance from 2004 and wanted me to pay it over the phone.  Seriously - 9 years ago.  I don't recall owing anybody anything, but even if I did, 9 years is a long time.  I told them to send me something in writing and they have yet to do so but call every day with a recorded message.  This, to me, is harrassment.  I believe there is a law that they have to send you something in writing after so many days of calling.  I will be trying to file a charge against them.
