This number called my grandmother informing her that my wife had a (2) part felony warrant for a 700.00 online loan taken out on 11/15/2012. The man I spoke with said he works for Premier Process Services. Says I need to call Lincoln Mediation to get a "court release number" otherwise they are going to file an arrest warrant for fraud. Of course, he has no other information, he said he is "just a paper pusher" and "the file is sealed." He gave us a number to call... 855-274-1749 and to speak to a "Linda". Called and she said that we better have our attorney on stand by when they come to pick my wife up on the arrest warrant out of the county we live in. They said the total amt due is 1730.82, but we could call Advance Cash and try to settle. Called that number and they said that we are having charges filed due to "solicitation of a bad check". They said they will settle for $1,038.00 if paid by 10am, but only accept bank to bank, money gram, or prepaid debit card. Scam, Scam, Scam... so... untraceable! We said, BRING IT THEN! The next morning, "Joseph Gieger" from Premier Processing Services called and left a voicemail stating that a courier is on the way to our county to file for the warrant and to please subdue and large dogs, remove any firearms from our home, and if we have any minor children... to make sure there is an adult there to take possession, in order to not have to call CPS. I see this happens often with these same names coming up and numbers. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THIS GARBAGE!!!
