Getting the same call from same number... from "Austin, TX"...he's friendly enough, in an oily, salesman kind of way, and won't say what he needs to speak with the owner of my company about. Who is it??

Yes, today is the first time I received a call from this number at my place of business.  A man asked for me by name to which I responded, "This is she."  He proceeded to tell me that he was with the National Guard and immediately went into his whole "donations talk."  At our office, we have a special mailbox for people who call for donations, so I interrupted him and asked him to hold while I forwarded him.  After about 5 seconds, my direct line was ringing at my desk.  I looked on the caller ID and realized it was him again, so I just sent him back to the donations voicemail where it explains that if they're interested in requesting a donation, they can leave us a detailed message or mail us a packet in the mail.  That apparently wasn't good enough for him.  He proceeded to hang up and call my office back AGAIN!  I proceeded to forwarding him straight the mailbox AGAIN.  He hung up and called AGAIN!  Three times in a row he hung up on the voicemail and called me back.  I finally answered again and he was very rude and told me that he did not wish to speak to a voicemail, but to the person in charge of donations. I told him that I was that person and that I was in the middle of a project at the moment, which was the reason for redirecting him to the voicemail set up specifically for donation requests.  He raised his voice to me and began ranting that he did NOT wish to leave a voicemail.  I interrupted him with my own raised voice and told him how I did NOT have the time to have a discussion with him about donations and that I did NOT appreciate him calling me over and over, that that was harassment!  I told him he could leave a voicemail or mail us a package via the instructions on our voicemail and I sent him back to voicemail.  He hung up and I haven't heard from him again.  Needless to say, DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL!!!!!!!  And I intend to inform the National Guard of this unacceptable behavior.

The caller id says "Austin, TX".  He sounds friendly, but proceeds to read from his script to solicit money for "The National Guard".  After 30 seconds waiting for him to take a breath, I interrupt him and tell him, sorry I cannot help you, have a good day and good luck and hang up.

The same guy called and asked for someone by name. Said he was with the Republican National Committee and went on a rambling sales pitch about wanting to get a donation.  I asked him where I could call him back and he hung up.
