    Claims to be a debt collector and if payment arrangements are not made today, a warrant will be issued and someone will be at my door to arrest me. You can not find anything about the on the web, and the one number is not set up to receive calls, the second one is some Kevin Riley (investigator) Sounds like a scam to me.
