This has to be a scam as I have no mail order prescriptions. I did not answer this call when they called me this morning. I looked up the number on line only to find that it is for Express Scripts. Funny, I have NO mail order prescriptions and have never used mail order.

This (Express Scripts) is a Medicare part D Prescription drug plan insurance company. My wife uses them so I assure you, they are not scamming. Probably just misdialed the number. We've been using them for 3 years. Very reliable.

Express Scripts has a credibility problem as well as privacy failures. They compromised my account last year and also shipped the wrong meds. They are not to be trusted - not that they are bad but just inept ans stupid. A lot of insurance providers use them to approve and ship medications and EP seems to screw these up more times than not. It is a bureaucratic organization in the worse sense.

If a call comes in as Toll free or unknown caller or lacking location id as in * hospital or johnny be good candy store. Or whatever. It get unanswered. Express scripts or or not. They can not identify themselves as a legitimate call. The get dumped to the unanswered bucket. Ohio is not a proper identification. With all the problems in scamming and telemarketers
spoofing numbers, they should know better.

Got a call today, the man identified himself as being with express scripts. He was stumbling over his words, wouldn't tell me the name of the medication, and he insisted that I verify my date of birth? I didn't feel comfortable to give that information, and then he began to raise his voice, again insisting that I provide me date of birth. The whole thing is just weird

Claims to be Express Scripts. Same scammers have called me from 2 or 3 other numbers. Express scripts WILL NOT call you, you can barely get in touch with anyone if you call them. That's the nature of a mail order pharmacy. Don't be fooled.
    • Caller: NOT Express Scripts
    • Call type: Scam suspicion
