These people called my gf and said she was writing bad checks in reno. We have no idea who thee people are.

They told me that I applied online for a payday advance with a company called netcash and I had to pay $270 or else I would have 2 felony warrants out for me. "Bridgette"  told me that the amount requested from netcash is so low that I probably didnt even receive the money. So even though I didn't get any money from a place I never tried to get a payday loan from I still have to pay them money or else I would have 2 felony warrants for me?!?! Anyways, she then told me that they didn't even have my paperwork anymore that it was sent to the state attorneys office in my county. I called the state attorneys office,the district attys office & the sheriffs dept and they all told me it was a scam and if theycall me again, to request the information in writing. I hope this helps someone out

WOW! THANKS A BUNCH. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 513-442-4546 AND "TRACY WATSON" TOLD ME THAT I TRIED TO APPLY FOR A PAYDAYLOAN ONLINE 4 YEARS AGO IN 2008 AND THAT IF I DIDNT PAY 507.00 BY THE END OF THEIR BUSINESS DAY WHICH WAS IN 1 HR, I WOULD HAVE 3 FELONY ACCOUNTS ON MY RECORD AND WOULD BE ARRESTED FROM MY HOME OR WORKPLACE. REALLY!! THE BANK ROUTING # WHICH SHE HAD ON FILE WAS NOT EVEN TO A BANK THAT ACTUALLY EXISTED ANYWHERE IN MY STATE. FROM THE LOOKS OF WHAT IM FINDING ON THE INTERNET, THIS MUST BE SCANDELOUS

All of you please go to the better business bureau and look up United Check Processing in Amelia, Ohio. They use multiple numbers and this is the one I received calls from. I filed a complaint against them with the bbb and discovered they are not a real company. Know your rights according to the Fair Debt Collection Act when dealing with these cons........and that is exactly what they are. Please do not let them scare you into giving them ANYTHING!!!  Please look them up now

I was driving to work today and they called me. They said I had a online cash advance loan from 5 years ago. The bank they were calling on behalf of I still have a account with them today. I went in and spoke to my Bank's Branch Manager and they pulled up my account from 5 years ago and said there are no issues wth my account. They said if there was they would have notified me immediately at that time 5 years ago.

The person I spoke to over the phone from United Check Service and Processing was not mean but she did threaten that if I didn't pay them $2,000 by the COB today that they would contact my county clerk's office and press 2 felony charges against me. She said they would have me arrested. I asked for any written correspondence and she sent me word documenet that looked very generic.

They are a debt collection company but they say things that are far from the truth.

A Lisa Watson called my aunt today and told her to contact me to let me know if i do not call her by today about writing bad checks thats i would have warrants for my arrest. So i called and Lisa stated that i had applied for a loan in 2007 and that if i didnt call her back to pay it within an hour i would have 2 felony warrants out for my arrest and that the police would come to my home or job to pick me up then i would owe over $3000.00...I called my attorney and attorney searched for information and couldnt find anything but all these comments from other people who they have tried to scam.......I did inform her that i dont recall applying for a loan and she stated that it dont matter i would need to pay it anyway to keep from going to jail. After i called her back and asked to mail me documents in writing she stated that need to go on and turn myself in to jail and hung up in my face...very harsh girl...........i wish there were something that could really be done about the type of scams............. number she called from was 513-442-4546. and by the way i havent written a check in over 20years dont get them at all from my bank...

My daughter got a call from a Maria Sanchez stating that she was with the check fraud unit and someone had written a check on an account that had been closed for over 5 years and being the account was in my daughter's name she was responsible to pay the money back I called and was told they didn't have to give me any info and sent me to her supervisor who tried to get me give the ssn I didn't and she sent me back to Sanchez who informed me because I was being difficult my daughter had 30 minutes to send the money I told her if I was going to send money I wanted to know who she was representing.  All she could say was a check fraud company when pressed she said United check cashing with her still on the phone I asked my son to look the company on the Internet
