Cash Call over and over, and over, and over again they will not leave a message.  I assume that they clearly don't want to leave message.  Because if these people were professional enough that would be at least a common courtesy.

agreed! not only that but their information is often not updated in terms of who owes what and when, etc.

I made an arrangement with Cash Call 4 days ago to make the payment on Dec 1 and they continue to call me daily.  They never leave a message and if you answer the phone you are interrogated about your identity every time before any productive conversation even starts.

They are calling me 10 to 20 times a day on many numbers but this one is the one that is now very consistent.  They suck you in and then have all these rules that they have about getting a deferment.  I had set up an arrangement where I had to send them $160.00 for July and then again in August and they would cover what those payments did not cover.  They were supposed to send me back my $294.00 and when they did, all my bills had come due and that is the situation I am in now trying to figure out how to handle my other creditors.
