    caller asked for the president, then insisted she speak with the person who manages the electric bill.  wouldn't tell me why or who she was.  I hung up.  she called back until I blocked the #.

    This number call my office and insisted to speak with someone who doesn't work here and then DEMANDED a manager.  After telling her that was me, she asked if I was responsible for our DP&L bill and I let her know that I was not and once again and very rudely DEMANDED to speak with the person who was in charge of it and after telling her he was unavailable she continued to be rude and over and over again asked me to get the person in charge.  That's when I hung up on her.
