Received five calls from Bethany, Ohio, in December 2008. This one was Dec. 29.  I did a reverse phone search and suspect that it is Telcom Enterprises of West Chester, Ohio.

Recieved 3 calls for Bethany Ohio.

Received call from this number, location stated Bethany Ohio. Cannot find anything on reverse look up. Caller new name and address. Asked if I would support police sports league. When I declined caller hung up.

I received a call from 5134632196 on september 8,2009 in the late afternoon.when I called the number on a cell phone it said the number was not in service. I have been getting other calls from numbers with the prefix of 463 and ending in 2183 and 2184 and 2199 also. I suspect they are connected in some way and by changing the number it keeps you from using call block which limits you to six numbers that you can block at one time.

Received a call from 513-463-2182 but, when I answered, they hung up.  Have no clue who this is.

Got a call this morning.  Said they were raising money for the Ohio State Troopers.  When I said no, he hung up.  When I try to call that number back, it says it is out of service.

This number has been calling me once a day for a few months now. I never answer, and they always wait until the beep of my answering machine to hang up. Based on the true nature of this number, I'll just begin reporting it each time they call. ;)
