Called didn't leave a message. Damn expensive call for me

I picked it up and got a blaring, "I'm sorry that is not a valid extension."  I then hung up.

They called me 11 minutes ago. Who the hell is it. Arg!

Just called me - no message

Answered but no voice contact initiated from caller...immediately disconnected call.  Tried to call number back...got a busy signal.

Just got called a few minutes ago by them. Didn't leave a message. Who even is this?

Got a phone call but didn't answer it. Don't know anyone in Cincinnati so why would I answer it. Block this number on your phone

This must be an automated machine. They just called me 7 minutes ago.

Busy little bees, they called me an hour ago  (7-14-16, 2:44 EDT) , I didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message.

Got a call a couple of minutes ago.  Didn't answer.  No message left.  Blocked!

Got a call from this number today (07.14.2016) at 1:53PM Answered it only because I know a couple people in Cincinnati. Automated message asking if i wanted to consolidate my credit card debt over $10,000 in to one easy payment. I usually will wait the whole message out to see if there is an opt out, told me to "press 9" to speak with a representative about "this great offer" and I told them to remove me from their list, guy literally laughed at me and then hung up on me.

Just got 2 calls from this number (7-14-16 at 3:04pm.  My called ID blocked it saying it's a scam/fraud call.  Caller ID also said the name was Shawn Odom.

Called my Virgin Mobile number which is on the Do Not Call list. Did not answer.

Just called my cell phone (which is on do no call list).  I didn't answer, no message left.

Just say "I'm sorry that is not a valid extension."  and hang up.

It's some sort of BS autodial sales call. The first part of the voicemail was cut off so I don't know the name of the company. Here's the message:
"If you are still carrying a balance of $10,000 or more, you are qualified to receive a 55% reduction on your current account and you can pay back the remaining balance with a zero percent interest rate. For more information, press 9 now to speak with a representative."

Just called... left no message... blocked.

Received call at 3:05 p.m. Did not answer, and no message left. Knew it was a scam call. My cell and landline #'s r on the do not call lists and they still come, maybe not as many, but the credit card scam call is received almost every day. Really sick of it.

This 513-473-2941 called me twice in span of 5 minutes. Left no voicemail. Attempted to call back got a busy signal - I am from NC.
