Received several calls from this number.  most were caller id's but the one that I answered was a message:  "You have received a very important call but all of our operators are busy at this time.  Please stay on the line for the next available operator."

This number keeps calling looking for different ex employees.  We have told them never to call agin and they keep calling.  Now they cal my office and home.

I have been getting calls from this number at least 3x a day.  I answered once and it was a very demanding female named (Gecko.)  She wanted my Macy's account number after I told her I was not comfortable sharing that information, she wanted my home number so she could pull up the information for me.  Again I said no.  She was angry.  I asked if I could take care of this at the store, she said no.  Sounded super fishy so I said if there was anything going on with my account, I would investigate at my convenience.

I asked for his name, and he identified himself as Mr. Richardson. Sounded like a guy in his early 20's. We played a game where he asked if I was (my name) and I asked what company he was calling from. This went on for over a minute until I changed from my "confused old man" voice to my "outraged dude" voice and told him it was my phone and I ask the questions. Then, I hung up on him. So there.

This number has been calling me incessantly for the past month. It's driving me crazy.

call my house every 2 hours, they don't leave a message and don't know who it is. annoying

they are calling repeatedly every day ... from 8 AM to 8 PM. I never answer the phone without ID... they never leave a message

keep calling me about my macys or bloomingdales account.  they are going to hit a jackpot with some senior citizen so needs to be stopped.

said that it was macys customer service...i think if you have a macys account and your account is past due they call to remind you but i wouldnt give them any info

said it was macy's customer service.. was like pulling teeth to tell me where they were calling from he said macy's but it didn't sound right.. I hung up...

This number belongs to Macy's / Bloomsdale credit collection. I missed a single freaking payment (for what I assumed was a year non-payent acct. no interest acrued, etc.).

Yea this definitely is Macy's. They screwed up an online payment of mine. When I called the 513 number I thought it was a scam, but I called Macy's directly which directed me to the same number. So it's Macy's.

I don't have an account from Macys or have ever bought anything from there, however the message did say it was from Macys and they thought I was someone else

They call me daily. Haven't missed a payment at Macy's but I'm cancelling that card!

I have been receiving calls from these people for YEARS. They ask for a "Vil Hermia" or something. I told them to stop calling and that it isn't that person's number. They stopped calling for a month or so. Then after a month they  start calling again. Then i tell them again to take me off the call list. Then after a few months they call again. They never told me who they were, they just said "it was an important business call". They call every day, almost 2 times a day, WHILE I AM AT WORK! I am sick of these people, I am NOT Vil Hermia, I do NOT have a Macy's account.
