I started getting calls from this number about a week ago.  I never answer the phone and they never leave a message.

513 573 is an area code and prefix in Ohio

I live in California and my wife and I have never had a Macy's or Bloomdsdale account. They call 2 to 3 times a day. How do we make them stop. This is so frustrating.

In just the past three days I've gotten a call from this number twice daily. I never pick up and they never leave a message. I ignore the call, but it never stops.

I have missed one call a day for each of the last four days.  Today it went to voice mail.  Someone said "hello" rather gruffly then there was a lot of noise in the background - like the call was coming from a call center.

5 calls a day for 4 weeks, they let it ring for a few rings and hang up till I was awake one day to answer on the first ring (I work nights)I told them in a very pissed off and loud voice to never call again or I will get them for harassment because I'm not the one they are looking for I have never had nor will I ever have a Macy's card, that's what I did and it's been 6 months and no calls

This guy called me today and said he worked for Macys. He asked me for my account number. I asked him what the problem is. He said i have a late payment. I told him I would take care of my bill online. He was kind of rude and said the only reason he called was to remind me to pay my bill and that I should pay at least the minimum payment of $40. Weird!

This was a legit call for me. It was from the collection company that Macy's uses to collect outstanding balances owed on your Macy's/Bloomingdale/Pier 1 account. While I was on the phone, I checked my account on line and sure enough, I had an outstanding balance on my Macy's STORE account. I always new I had a Macy's VISA account but not a STORE account, the store acct. balance does not show up online. I spoke to a woman who was very nice and I made a payment. Immediately after the phone call, I called the number on the back of my Macy's VISA card and had the customer service woman check my accounts and she did show my account as delinquent and she also saw the payment I had just made over the phone with the collection company and she waived my $30 late fee! I am thankful that I received this call otherwise I would not have known.

If you receive a call from this number, first check your Macy's, Bloomingdales, or Pier 1 accounts and call customer services to verify your balances. If you do not have an account with any of the aforementioned companies then perhaps, there was a person with your number before you or someone lied and put your number down on their Visa application. Either way, this is not a scam. It is legit for those that do have delinquent balances on their account.

I have been receiving these calls also, usually 3 times a day, when I'm at work mostly.  I answered it tonight and was put on hold.  Someone came on the line almost immediately and asked for someone who doesn't live here.  I told her to take us off the call list and she said if it was the wrong contact number for "Tracy F." then she was removing our number right then.  We shall see.......
These callers are definitely a nuisance!!

calls several times a day around the clock for the last few weeks.already annoying. I have never had a macy's or blooming dales account.I won't answer the answering machine comes on,,never leaves a message,until some dumb women thought she was talking to someone,when my machine picked it up.Said hello hello hello,in the mean time i hear a recorded message in the background playind...sounded like.I'm on the do not call list as well.and my number is unlisted.whoever you are STOP CALLING ME!

I get several calls per day from his number at all different times. When I answer it says to hold for the first available customer service agent.  I have no idea who the caller is.

They call me every day, even 3 to 4 times a day. I really want this to stop. They don't leave a message, if its really Macy's I don't know why they are calling me.

I haven't answered. I don't answer numbers I don't know, unless they leave a voicemail and then I'll return the call. They haven't left one. I do have a Macy's account, but I was checking it online 2 days ago (been getting the calls for 4 days, around the clock) and I was up to date on payments (like I thought). I just mailed my next payment today, so we'll see if it stops in a few days. If not, I'll answer and see what's up. But according to online I'm not past due.

I have received about a call a day for the past 3 weeks from this 5135738739 number.  Finally called them back, said they were Macy's/Federated Credit Services.  Didn't give any info, looked up the Macy's credit services number on their website (found here:  https://www.macys.com/service/credit/contactus/index.ognc, number is 1 (877)493-9207), called them - I haven't had a balance for over a year, account in good standing, etc.  Asked them to forward this to their fraud department to investigate.  

If you receive a call like this I suggest you contact Macy's to have their fraud department investigate and shut this number down.

When I answer the line is empty. I would like to know who is it?.

I keep getting calls from 513 573 8739 on my cell, it really gets annoying

I get called at least 5 times a day. I usually don't answer but I did talke to someone last week, he said I had missed a payment, I really was one day late.  I sent in a payment to make up the differance they say I missed because then it is a missed payment, not just late, but they keep calling 5 times a day starting at 8am and ending about 8pm.  I am ready to close my account that I have had for 50 years

I have been getting 4 X calls per day.  I received a letter from Macys saying my account may have been compromised.  This is driving me crazy.  I am filing a complaint with the FCC about this number.  LOL, if these people worked this hard at an honest living they'd be making more money!!!

I've been getting these calls 4 times a day for 2 weeks, but I never have time nor inclination to sit and wait for them to get to the phone after I answer.  After reading this forum, I called  the number on my Macy's card, and lo and behold, there was a problem with my account.  I've now resolved that problem, so hopefully the calls will stop, we'll see!
