I could not understand tge message they left on voicemail

No person on the line, only a recording that says something like "disconnecting, good bye".

no one there

Said I participated in a survey on healthcare recently and I did not.  Hung up on them.

Found this on another search, I agree on the short time I listened is was headed in this direction.

Called from 513-620-5654. The person said I had filled out a survey and requested to be contacted for job opportunities. I actually had filled out a survey the day before while applying for a job, so I thought it was related to that, but it actually wasn't.

The person I spoke to had a natural sounding voice, but the cadence of his speech and pauses was strangely robotic. I got the feeling that I was actually speaking to a computer.

I was asked about citizenship, if I was in the military, my education level, the year I graduated high school and if I had any outstanding student loans. Then he asked for my name and I realized this was not related to the job application I had filled out. I asked what survey I had filled out. He said it was a survey to receive a Walmart gift card. I told him that I never did such a survey. He said no problem, they could send me one anyway. I asked for the name of the company again. He told me and said they were a job matching company. He asked what my employment goals were for the next 5 years. He asked what was holding my back from my career goals. I said I wasn't going to discuss that with him. He said that if I could go back to school for the next 6 months while still working, would I want to do that. He just needed to collect some information from me to see if I qualified. I said I wasn't going to give any personal information to him. He said, "Have a good day, goodbye."

His speech was really weird. It sounded natural, but he was almost monotone and said, "OK?" after every statement I made and that "OK?" sounded like recording as it was identical every time. If I paused, he would pause also, for a long time sometimes. I could not shake the feeling that I was talking to some kind of computer controlled voice.

Recording saying I was on line and indicated I was interested in job opportunities. I did not do this.

Same issue as Matt, I said I did not remember survey, he said if I provided detail on my name, number and address they could look it up for me to help me remember what survey I took. Offered to match me to jobs in my area. I said was currently seeking postions at my current company and he paused and said... Okay. and hung up. Odd call.

He said his name was Joseph and he was calling to match me to jobs because I checked a box on a survey that said I was interested in being contacted about jobs.  He said the survey I took was about a Walmart gift card.  I asked him who he was calling for twice but he wouldn't say.  I asked who he was calling on behalf of and he wouldn't say specifically either.  I told him I didn't take any surveys and he hung up.  I agree with everyone else here - he was most likely a real person but his voice did sound oddly robotic.  Hopefully he won't call back!

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. No voicemail message was left.

I missed a call from this number yesterday. No message was left. Reading the other comments, I'm glad I missed the call!

I just had a missed call from 5136205654 no message. First time from this number, hope its the last!

March 23, 2013 - Missed call at 11:01AM, No voice mail & 7:21PM, No one was there when I said Hello.

After I said Hello a few times, nobody answered. Then there was a beep and an automated voice said "Good Bye". Call maybe lasted about 10 seconds. Very odd.

got a call from this number for the first time today. ignored it as I do with numbers I don't know. good thing I do that because sounds like a scam and a waste of time.
