Call/ no message. Not sure if it was a soliciation.

11:40AM from 513-636-0000 on July 15, 2015. Have no idea who or what this was about. Google shows as a landline through Cincinnati Bell.

THIS NUMBER IS CINCINNATI CHILDRENS HOSPITAL

This number is possibly ........Just wondering if it's a person  who got my number via some trouble shooting with Microsoft Canada but my help from them over the phone was not from Canada but from another country Philippines   .... some how it happens when getting web based or phone support ..I get these calls after getting their help on the internet or on the phone and only when the support is from out of my country ~out of my area. If the help is within Canada I don't get weird calls after.   If they ask me to share a screen I don't now unless the support is verified as being here in Canada - it's to bad that these things are happening to people and this number shows on some map as being in the USA - you could deep search it get the postal code track the address down dig deep into individual businesses there - I'm sure there is a way or office some where to stop this. A good project a high-school some where should take on- dealing with scam fishing emails and  calls.
The emails all weird fishing scam like  after talking doing trouble shooting - to out of country support - were flying in like crazy here.  I may be wrong but why does it happen when getting help from ms only?
