I have had 3 calls from this # and one from 513-679-5324. I just got a new
phone from Cincinnati Bell, that is who they say is calling, they keep
leaving me voice mails.

I would like to know who is calling me from this phone.

Keep getting calls from here, they never leave a VM. They call three times a day!!

We are NOT a telemarketing company.    HIPAA regulations do not allow us to leave a message.  The recording that you will hear if you call back the caller ID number we display, allows you to reach us or check us out on the web.  I am the owner and this is a family business started that started in 1973.  www.fieldsresearch.com

Last night, 10/6 @ 3:47pm, you woke me up from a nap for some survey that was going to take 12 minutes on the Merryman Home health care system.
I am not answering any survey, I told the caller I was more than happy with Merryman, and that's all they need to know.
If you call me one more time for ANYTHING, you'll be talking to my atty and I will turn you in to the FCC.

Blocked this number a while ago. They (survey) keep calling...can see the number in my blocked calls log. Called and blocked again 6/20/2016 at 9:45am.

These idiots call almost everyday, sometimes more than once. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list. Will report you if this crap doesn't stop

Ok listen y'all, this one actually IS LEGIT!  I never answer calls I don't know, and when they don't leave a voicemail, its even more suspicious..  for some reason I did answer this morning and a robot asked for me by MY FULL NAME! I said no, hung up, did my research, and I actually called them back! There ARE some legitimate surveys and focus groups out there, as a disabled person I actually make some extra money this way myself, its a way to help providers know where things need to be fixed and help steer the directions companies take their businesses... in THIS case, they ARE helping to FIX HEALTH CARE! You should know how HUGE that is, and thats why I'm commenting :)
