TIME WARNER CABLE COMMUNICATIONS TELEMARKETING CALL

Who keeps calling from this number and not leaving a message at all.  They called my house three times today.  How do I make them stop?

This number calls frequently and never leaves a msg. If you answer the phone they hang up. Im not sure if it is a computer calling and it is malfunctioning or what. So irritating.

This number keeps calling and it filling up my voicemail box.  Please prosecute these people.

This number has been calling day after day. They do not represent themselves.. Upon answering there is a recorded statement about lowering my Duke Energy Bill. When I opt to speak with someone they immediately ask for the Duke account number.

I've requested they take me off their list - this resulted in getting hung up on.
Later I asked which company they represent - this resulted in getting hung up on.

I did call the number back and was prompted to opt out of future calls but something tells me that won't do any good.

Ditto "Annoyed Homeowner" above.  We also receive calls from this number numerous times a day with the initial recording telling us we can reduce our duke Energy bill.  Who's really calling?  Is it Duke or an affiliate?  Do they have permission from Duke to be calling us?  It really needs to stop.  Annoying in general but even more so while trying to grade term papers.  Can anyone do anything about this?!

They call here multiple times a day.  My husband, usually very calm and mild mannered, just two minutes ago pressed "0" upon listening to their recording and talked with a person who said they are "Power Choice."  He (my husband) in the past week told them to put us on the no call list.  He told him they were being reported, but in actuality we don't know how to "prove" that we've told them to put us on the no call list.  It's irritating to have your phone ring off the hook from ONE frickin company.  This company has been calling for about three months now, pretty much non-stop.

I've been having the same problem. I called the number back and they told me to press 1 to be placed on a Do Not Call list. They said it will take at least 48 hours. Hopefully this works.

I have received numerous calls from this number. Very annoying. How can I stop the calls?
