Received a message from this number. She said her name was Jessica Bratler with the Fraud division and that a case had been brought against me and I was to call back or have my attorney call them. Did a search on a few other sites and they all say something similar and that it is fraud.

Received same call as Heath stating I owed a payday loan from 2012 (wrong) and felony fraud charges were being filed against me in my county. Wish I'd stayed on the phone to hear how they would try to scam me out of money. Please don't fall for this by giving these crooks money! Nothing they are telling you is legally sound, debt is not fraud or a felony- they're trying to frighten you into paying.

Same call as above. They claim I took out a payday loan from Everest payday loans. Said it was deposited on Jan 7 2012. They said it was for $300-$500 and that I would be sued for $1700! Funny thing is they couldn't give exact amount, just between $300-$500 and also I'm active duty military and laws were put into place before 2012 forbidding payday loan vultures from preying on military.

Update: the number listed above is a Land line but the number given in the message ((513) 283-8313) is a cell phone! Sounds legit. Lol

She left me a message last night and tonight. When I get these calls I do a *69. Last night it said the number was 888-445-8787. This is for the Lupus Pickup operation.

Tonight it reported 301-712-9996.

Obviously a fraud herself.

Got a call from this company, person named Michael Warfield with Pretrial Intervention. I have a pending case in the law office that demands my immediate attention. They then asked me to press 1 to be transferred to an investigator.

I get calls like this, from various numbers, names and companies, all pretending to be something they are not.

This number called me every day for a week and would never leave a message. Finally I answered it and it was a recording "This is Michael Warfield with pre-trial intervention, you have a case against you, press 1 for your case number." So I pressed 1. Got transferred and they hung up.

Day 2 - they called me again, I called them back...got transferred and an "Angela Davis" tried to get me to verify personal information, trying to get me to confirm my ss#, email and birthday. I of course did NOT confirm - and they had the wrong information anyway. Then she told me that I had an outstanding payday loan and I'm being sued. I told her she was wrong and she said they were going to send a warrant out for my arrest to either my home or my place of work. Yet, she didn't ask my address or anything. She told me to fight it out in front of a Judge. Knowing they are scam artists, I said OK, I'd love to, and she hung up on me.

Day 3 - they called me again and I answered - Told them they had the wrong number and they said they'd remove me from their system.

Day 3 - 2nd call - I answered and "Morgan Banks" transferred me and "Angela Davis" answered again and hung up on me.

Day 3 - I called them back and "Morgan Banks" said I was listed as "Failure to Cooperate" and that there was no need to call them back.

Ok Listen..... These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!! Do Not give them ANY information. Do not Verify or confirm your information even if what they have is partial. If they had a legitimate case against me - or anyone, they would have to send it over in writing and it would be notarized.
