It's Time Warner.   As of now since October 26th 8:00pm thru Dec 28th 3:40pm they have called 15 times.  On Nov 13th at 7:20pm I had asked them to remove my phone number from their calling list and that I am also on the "Do not call list".  I have had them blocked since 11/13/2012.  They still keep on trying to get through.  Thank God I blocked them.

I have confirmed it is NOT Time Warner.  It is a phishing scam trying to get credit card information.

Got a call from 5138430072. When I answered, silence. I think this is the same number that used to call every day saying they were from Time Warner and wanted to sell me a phone service. I reported several numbers that were calling me every day for weeks and my phone has been quiet for about 3 weeks. I hope they get caught as I think they are scammers.

Thanks!  You confirmed my suspicions.  Mine came through with the name JOHN HARPER.  A lady answered giving another name and trying to get me to purchase more service.  I hung up on her.
