got a call from Sandy Miller. First she called from 622-286.5358 asking to call her back on 800-566-7698 and then she called from 513-898-2234.  All she said was that she represents NCA and the call ws being recorded.  I asked for her fax number and she would not give it to me.  she call someone else and that person was not available.  I left a message for a fax number.  I have a cease and desist letter to them.  I look the numbers up on the internet and boy did I find somethings about Sandy Miller.
From her number 620-286-5358 she as called different people telling them that they can go to jail if they don't pay.  She calls the home, work an cell phones all the time.  She gets nasty.  So I did to.  Her number  comes out of Kansas and I said that she could come and get me B.  I know that wasn't nice but she got nasty.  She asked for SS, Bank Account info and Credit Card info.  I call FTC and filed a complaint against all the numbers she calls from.   She better get me the Fax nubmer so I can get her letter out.   I contacted Lemburg and Associates to try and stop her calls.

I do not know who this person is.  They will not tell me why they are calling or what company they are representing other than NCA, but wants all of my personal information?!  All of my bills are paid, so I am highly suspecting SCAM!!  She calls me at my work number and called my boss on her cell, but how she got her number, I don't know.  Cease and Desist letter sent!

This number is from national  credit adjusters. What i dont understand is why they are calling from an ohio number when they are located in kansas. Please if you get a call from these people check your credit report. They are trying to collect on a debt that i paid off over a year ago. The really funny thing is this is the second debt collector within two weeks who has tried to collect on this paid debt which i have proof of. They have not tried to contact me until recently but have reported this on my credit report since march. Do not just let their phone calls go from what i have researched they will do anything to make a buck.

Same thing as above. The first individual hung up on me when I told him I had no clue what "Debt" he was referring to because I had no debt with anyone. The second guy continued to talk over me saying I had to pay them immediately as it was an important matter. Wouldn't disclose the information and I told him if there was a so called debt that I owed then I should be getting documentation mailed to me and if they call again I will report for harrassment.  All of my bills are paid up to date as well, I have credit monitoring and I keep a close eye on my personal information. I believe its a scam too or they are just contacting people with similar names. Apparently these idiots need to be reminded of consumer rights. I have NO problem reporting them.

Brooke is the person calling me from 513-898-2234 and 1-800-286-5427. She wants me to verify my information, but when I ask her why I get " I can not inform you until you verify your information first." I told her to stop playing games and I will not verify anything.

This number has called me twice (voicemails) so far but the person is actually for a friend of mine - do I know her whereabouts or if I have her contact information. Haven't called back and don't plan to unless it become harassment.

This person Vanessa called my work and my cell phone asking for my whereabouts so I called to find out what they wanted. Claimed that I owed them money. I dont owe any money. I told her to stop calling my place of employment and then she got very loud with me and said that I refused to pay. I again said to stop calling my work she then hung up on me. They are a bunch of bottom feeding low lifes.

Called saying they were looking for me. No debt no pay. Stupid people need to be arrested.

NCA Fax # from their website is FAX [620] 664 5947 send the fax.

Purchased Loan from Rise Credit, turns out Rise was willing to settle for $925 on a $1,050 shrt term loan, Rise sold the loan to NCA for what I'm sure is pennies on the dollar and now NCA wants me to commit to 10 payments monthly for a total of $1,250, something doesn't pass the smell test.

Yes, they said they are trying to contact my husband as well, AND called our freakin Neighbors! That's just messed up. I say, lawsuite time!

Fax them a cease and desist letter. If they don't obey to that then they will and can be sued!

National Credit Adjusters - a ruthless collection agency according to other call reporting sites. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer then checked caller complaint sites. I don't have any debts so it is a nuisance call. I will report to FTC.

fourth recent call from 513-898-2234; called 3/26/15, 3/19/15 and 3/18/15 last week. Reporting to FTC again.

This is clearly a scam!! I refused to verify info.
