Received two calls from this number.  No voice mail was left.  When I called back, automated message stating to hold for next available agent.  After a few minutes, I gave up and hung up.  Any info on this number?

Unknown collection agency. When I called this number back I was told to hold for the next available agent and they did not identify who the company was.

Collection agency for Time Warner Cable. One of many numbers they call from to mask their identity. Normally follow up call from a toll free number.

They use this to check for working phone lines. They have vast amounts of numbers not being used and this is just one number they check for deadlines.

At some point in the future you will get a call from a debt collector regarding an outstanding cable bill.

Even if you never had Time Warner Cable, they think at sometime the number they are calling did or it was used by a previous customer as a contact number.

Keeps calling and waking up my family.

number has called me multiple times, never leaves a message, and I am about to report them as harassment since they are calling me several times a day...They are becoming an major annoyance....Leave a message people if you want a call back !

They have been calling my home every morning between 8am until 8:15am. They let the phone ring 2 or 3 times and then hu. Never ever leave a message.They never call any other time of the day except for 8am in the morning.Everyday for a week so far. I have turned off the ringers so I can sleep. I work nites. Unless they leave a message, I will never  call them back nor answer the phone, so they may as well give up..I dol not owe Time Warner anything. They cut off all my things with them due to I owed 25.00 on a Tuesday and offered to pay on Friday of the swame week. They refused and turned off everying..No No NO. that was 2 years ago

This number shows up as Time Warner Cable on caller ID. It is NOT TWC nor an agency for them. It is a medical bill collection agency. Cintex or something like it. Very bad business practice. Shame on them.

Debt collector, also it comes up as Time Warner, The caller is Essex .I have contacted Time warner informing them this company is using their name to contact people. I just hung up on the lady who was beginning to be rude.

debt collector using Time Warner's name, They are using a call bot, Time Warner is aware of this issue with debt collectors using their name to contact people, Time Warner suggest to not answer the number to call them back if you see thier name come up on the caller ID.

Time Warner on caller ID ,Essex is the real person collecting the debt ,not collecting for Time Warner, Time Warner will refuse you connection if your bill isnt paid. Essexx is mostly for doctor bills. Time Warner is informed of Essex using their name to get people to pick up.
