They use the Monster.ca job board to advertise their bogus jobs and obtain the name and phone number of job seekers.  Report BSP concept to Monster at the following link:

Others have reported the scammer obtained their number from Emploi-Quebec.  Notify any job advertisement board about BSP Concept and their tactics, and request that they ban this company from using their database.

They are a bunch of scammers also under the number of 514.214.9452, always out of service and now they are under 253.9452...I would call police to place them under investigation....

They keep calling non-stop and so I put them on the reject list in my phone. Whenever I try to call back it goes to an automated message.

They called me 8 times in one day!!!!

This number keeps calling me and everytime it's just a woman's robotic voice that says "Goodbye" and then phone cuts. This is very annoying!!!! Please help!!!!!

Same here: this number keeps calling me (every 40min since this morning) and it's a robotic voice saying Goodbye and then the phone cuts. I called the police, said I should call my telephone cie, which I did, but all they can do (for now) is to transfer these calls to my mailbox... Please help, it's annoying

Also, I am currently looking for jobs, so it is possible that they got my number from one of the many job profiles I have filled on the net since the last weeks, including Monsterjobs and Emploi-Quebec... (surprisingly I have registered to emploi-Qc this week-end and the calls started this monday...) coincidence or not?...

If you are in Quebec, notify Emploi Quebec immediately that these fraudsters have gained access to the Emploi Quebec database for fraudulent recruiting activity.
