    A computer calls me twice a day -- in English -- to speak about a bank. The word « tire » is too difficult to pronounce... I hang up each time.

    I have no confidence in this operation, even if I am a customer of CTC since 1960.

    Their rebuilt web site is no more language proof. When one click a link on a French page, it switches to an English one back and forth. Before this year, it was always a perfection. Wake up Bank CTC-Banque CTC.
