Me too, same here, yesterday evening, no idea who it is.

It's a collections agency. They never leave a message nor do they send their request in paper form. Only telephone calls, and every day...

I got a call from this number, and answered the phone. The caller was very polite, but did not identify himself. He asked for someone called Philippe Major...Don't know who that is. It's twice in two weeks someone asks for this Philippe guy. The caller apologized for disturbing me and hung up.

the phone number 514 850 2763 is for NCR.  they are a collect agency.  dont talk to them, just hang up or ignore their calls.

a collect agency has no legal right against you.  they would need to get an order of a court to be able to do what so ever.  Until, they do get a court order, they can only harrass you like they do.  

never give them your name or any infos.
never admit that you own money to who ever.
just don't tell them nothing.

if they keep on doing their harrasment, here is what you do:

first, if you send them a registered letter asking that they stop calling. it is the law.  they will them just send you ordinairy letter...don t even botter opening their letters.  you can put them directly to your garbage.

secondo, you make a complaint with your government consummer protection agency for harassment.

you can also go open a complaint for harassment with your local police.

in a lot of case, they won't get a judgement from a court because, it would cost them more in fees than the actual debt.

also, they buy "debt package" from pools.  Usually, they can't even get all the required documents to get in court. they buy package for pennies on the dollar.  

The employees of collections agency don t even know about the law.  they have the obligation to give you their name, phone, adress and their collection agency permit.  you ask them when they call, they will get mad and start telling you [***] story...they will go over the law to scare you.

for a good laught, you can tell thim that you don't own them money. tell them, to get a court order.  

but still, for large debt...they could do. before they do.  if won t be in the hands of collection agency, but with a lawyer.  Again, you don t own nothing to them.  same song, get an jugement from a court.

Collection agencies and lawyers don't decide for yourself.  they don't make the rules.

Got a call from them today for an old tenant who lived in the bachelor of my apartment but would conveniently forget to add an A to her address. When i told them they had the wrong number, they explained that it was the number associated with my address. I explained the situation to them and even offered to give them the Landlord's number in case he had any forwarding information for this woman.  The offer was declined and the caller said she would just mark her down as having moved.

They called today for supposely my son and I told them he was dead which is not true. I will see if they will leave me alone now.

This company call my telephone number today asking if my name was ?????? and if my date of birth was ????? and I said no.  I did a little research on that telephone number and it was from LLC, a Debt Collection Fraud Investigation Unlawful Debt Collection Fees from Montreal Qc.

Be aware of those Collection Company because they are the worse trouble maker on earth.  Even if it's not you that they looking for they will call you again and arrases you.

I received a phone call from the same number (514-850-2763) at 8:15am today at work. When I answered, they hung up. I called the number back using *67. The name of the company is EOS NCN. Here is their website: http://www.eos-ncn.ca/. Hope they will stop bugging all of you guys!!!

Once again, at 10:11 this morning (Feb3/14), we received another one of those calls from EOS NCN. I called and spoke to an agent asking the reason of their call and why when we answered, they hung up. The agent said that "they have problems with their telephone system when they log in in the morning and that it could happen".... yeah, right! He wanted to know our phone number. I was the one who hung up!

Effectivement ca gosse royale  du monde qui appel 3 fois par jour pour essayer de me parler... ils savent que jsuis pas la durant les heures qu'ils téléphone mais  insiste.... ils sont rendu qu'ils raccroche au moment que ma conjointe répond....  Ils on parler de EOS pis de belle dans la même appel... jamais fait afaire avec BELL... Quand t'es  rendu obliger de changer de numéro de téléphone parce qui a pas d'autre solution a faire avant... c'est grave comment les loi fonctionne....  Vraimet ridicule sérieux

J'ai attendu sur la ligne et quelqu'un ma répond après 30 seconde. Ses une agence de recouvrement.

Received 1st call around 10am which I answered but no one talking on other end. I noticed number call back again several  times afterwards.

meme chose pour moi, personne parle mais raccroche tout de suite !!

they come and steals the mail without your knowledge and they even steals email that you have never recieved . they do harrass people alot , they are the worst troublemaker and harrassment .

the is fraud . they pretend to be a collection agency when they are not. they want to take your money. don't give personnal information on the phone.
