Answered this call and pushed 1 to reach customer service. A guy answered the phone and I asked to be taken off this phone list. 30 second pause while I could still hear him....I asked if he was going to help me or not and he sais "No". I then asked for a manager and he also said "No". I asked him why he wasnt going to help me and he responed "because you arent going to help me by taking a lower IR rate". He then hung up. WTF!
