 A man Wanted to speak to the lady of the house phone number pops up as Vet support fund just hung up on them

Who is this if i may ask

This person never gives up, knew my name and tried again with another number under Vets Support Fund. This has been going on for more than a year.

I just called the number and there was an automated system with a prompt to have my number removed from the calling list

It's a robo call. No legitimate US Veteran's organization has a robo call except to alert their employees of specific information. So it's a SCAM, and to claim it's $$ will go to US Veterans who have served our country - special place in HE**!! Don't press anything, don't call to get your number taken off  - it will only identify you as a real person and increase solicitation frequency. Report to National Do Not Call, it is our only recourse. I do wonder how they can't be shut down after all this time.

I just got a phone call at 8:07am!
I yelled at them that no respectful organization would call people that early.

There is a real Veterans Support Fund. I contacted them and they told me they never call for donations, sooooooooooo.................

There is a "Veterans Support Fund Of Southern Michigan" that's not registered with the state of Michigan and it's 2 years old. I wonder - what happened to the do not call list, and why isn't it being enforced?
The person says hi, Leslie - knows my name - and hangs up, or asks for money for their organization and will not give up. They get paid to call - they're a telemarketer - am I right? That's not a non-profit

I recieved  a call from 516-206-1764 and i also got a call from 585-250-0313 my id on my t,v, said veterans support fund for both these numbers i have a block on my phone from my phone company it is free so this is how it works if a scam callers calls my house my phone will only ring 1 time then they get cut off so i know they tried to get me at this 585-250-0313 number it got blocked so then they tried to get me from this number 516-206-1764 i am not sure if this number got blocked i was having my supper if i see this number call again i will wait if it rings only 1 time then i know the new number has been blocked also,,,this is a  scam asking for donations for veterans support fund it really means scam support fund hope this helps get  a block now i get the last laugh,,

Thank you for posting the previous messages. This showed up on Caller ID as Vet Support Fund. I didn't bother to answer. Let their fingers bleed from dialing!

First, however, you have to give them the account number of your current utility account.the next thing you know, you have a new utility company and the promised discount may disappear into thin air and you have even higher rates,  the fake police fund, computer has a virus today, Korean war vets fund,  Civil war vets Fund, you won a time share, You won a trip to the Bahamas,  You won a free cruise to the Bahamas, Fake IRS Scam  stating you owe $5000 and will be arrested today if you do not pay up, grandparents scam, fake cancer fund, Fake Vietnam war vets fund,  Fake march dimes fund, you won the lottery today just wire $5000 to collect your prize, Hilary for President scam - wire money to Nigeria elect the witch, wounded warrior scam, you just won a free security system for your home, Vehicle warranty scam, you won a free Disney cruise, Lower you credit card rate scam, you won free solar panels for your home, you won free pet food for a year just need to sent $200 to start the process, free home energy audit that's not free,  You won a free home security Audit,  Sienna college Survey scam,  Some Bank making a courtesy call about your account - Phishing for info, Microsoft calling about your computer, I AM SICK OF THIS CRAP and the USA does nothing how in the hell can we fight Terrorist when we can not catch these folks??????????

I get these calls several times a day starting at eight in the morning to eight at night.  I don't answer--but the calls keep coming.  I find this creepy.
