Someone from this number called saying I took out a pay day loan in April 13, 2009 and I did not pay it back. They claimed to be calling from the law office of Daniel Clemens and wanted to transfer me to someone in there law department. While on the phone I asked for the correct name and spelling of the agency calling from and was given a call back number in case I got cut off. I was on the internet while talking with them and found that they are scam artist. I advised them my bank statement did not show any deposits on the dates given. I told them to please stop calling me at work because I refused to discuss this matter and was going to report them to the proper authorities.
