    Just call their 800 number 1-800-FamilyTV.  They have always been very helpful

    If you have any questions or would like to be removed call 1-800-FamilyTV. Their customer service has always been very helpful.

    Unfortunately, I'm up to 4 calls a day from them and I have 10 numbers in my contacts that are marked Feature Films. I have called their 800 number several times to request that my number be removed. The latest yesterday, they've already called from a new number this morning.
