Two rangs, I picked up. I spoke, no answer. 1 (516) 453-6831 is a prank caller.

This number called and when I picked up just heard dead air. I called the number back and a recording came on and I was contacted for telemarketing purposes. They said to be put on the do not call list to press 1 and then enter your phone number after the tone. The then said 2 speak to a representative to press 2. I of course pressed 1. I listened for the tone and there was no tone. I went ahead and entered my phone number anyway and the recording just said thank you for your call and hung up.

i picked up,
no one answers,
hung up.
called back
message says "you have been contacted for marketing purposes"

I did not answer and a message was left telling me I've been approved for a credit card, to have all my statements ready and call an 800 number to get the card.  Yeah, right!

dis numba called me too damn early in da morning see ima sleep dont [***] wit my hibernation aight im gettin to many of these damn marketers and im on the mofo do not call list and they call and i answer and i aint get response but then to be hung up on like y u calln if u got nathn say or sell btchs nowdays needa understand im on the DO NO CALL LIST!! for real tho. lol
