Left a message saying there was an issue with my taxes and it was being held until I contacted them. Not believing it, since I already spent my return. I didn't call back needless to say.

They claimed I owed the IRS money and would arrest me the next day if I didnt pay. I asked for more info and they got upset and kept telling me to calm down that Im being recorded. When I stated I was calling them back from my job line they asked me to call them back from cell phone at a neutral location like a CVS or Walmart.

Saying that I owed taxes (which I don't) and they were going to take legal action, are you kidding me....these calls NEED to stop they should be arrested let alone bothering innconent people.

I keep getting the same message stating something about the IRS something but the guy can barely speak english so I just blocked him from calling my phone.  They should be reported to the IRS!!

Scam, couldn't even understand his thick Indian accent.  The IRS does not call!

Some guy with a very thick Indian/Arabic accent called me 35 times in a row before I finally answered and he said he was calling from the IRS because there was a problem with my taxes. I informed him he was full of [***]. One because I didn't file a tax return I was a depended on someone else's because I didn't make enough last year to file, I was a stay at home mom except for the 5 months I worked at H&R Block.  And for the fact that the IRS doesn't call you they send letters. So I hung up and he proceeded to call back several times before I blocked him. Then he tried calling me from my own number. I hate these people what do they think they are gaining from this.

Reported being from IRS and I owed back taxes.  Threatened that I would be arrested in the morning.  Very rude.  Yelled and hung up on me when I asked what he was talking about.

Just got a call from "IRS" representative. stating I needed to call regarding a tax issue. Ignored it, but yes they should be reported.

Same thing here, I got a message from Officer Wallstreet saying there was a case being filed regarding my taxes and that I had to call him right now at 516-515-7671.  At least that's what I think he said I could hardly understand him.  I have not called back

CALLED AND STATED HE WAS OFFICER MARK FROM THE IRS AND I OWE THE IRS.

some guy call me and sid me is from irs  and said  if i do not pay 2000 dollars to irs   the police come to arrest me

told me i had a problem with my income taxes and told me to call Adam Clark at 516-515-7671 with Conformation #CFI150781 and to call right away.

i didn't.

Guy called   Name Adam Clark just a few mins ago and told me I would be going to jail in the morning if I didn't pay two thousand dollars tonight and I told them a piece of my mind and I said I'll be at the court house in the morning and he said well you will be in jail for the next five years what a scam

THIS ONE ACTUALLY LEFT A MESSAGE,  A CALL CLAIMING HE WAS AND OFFICER FROM THE IRS, AND THE WAS AN EMERGENCY THAT CALL HIM BACK. RIGHT NOW!..  IMMEDIATELY...   HEAVY ARABIC/INDIA ACCENT  COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING. .  oF NOT CALLING BACK

I got the same message 516 515 7671 said his name was Steven Butler and there was an urgent matter with my past due taxes.  Heavy indian accent.  IRS does not call you direct.  They will mail you letters, you call them.  This is fraud

Got same call tonight and when I told him I would call the IRS in Atlanta GA, he said "NO" you need to call my Sr. Officer Adam Clark at 516-515-7671 (same  number he called me from) He said they mailed me 3 notices and then gave me my address! I stated that I would call IRS on Thursday, he stated if I did not call his Sr. Officer back tonight to settle my tax issue, the police would be at my home in the  morning to arrest me. I used to work for an agency that does personal and business tax returns and trust me, the IRS would send you a certified letter not call you.

Some Indian guy calls me can't even speak telling irs file against me need come to pay now or go to court told him no pay plan!! About to ask about court he hangs up no info!!!

I've received several calls and finally called him back - IRS my ass. He said I owe money for filing a fraudelant tax return. Which is not true. I asked him the amount and he said $1500 - I said I'll take my chances - kept reminding me that I was on a recorded line. I wish I knew who to report them to.
