Has called me 4xs a day for 3 days. No message left.

has called a couple times a day for three days, no answer when i pick up

Has called 4 days in a row at 8:21 AM MST.   Probily just another POS scam pharmacy or something looking for clients and calling before legally allowed.

they say that they're calling from Full Circle Financial Services and that I owe $67 for a past due Columbia House account that I never opened.

Full Circle Financial... Calling for someone I do not know. They said they are marking my number as being incorrect, but would not apologize or even acknowledge my being upset at the fact they called at 6:05am PDT.

This is a Collection conpany that does not check it's information very well.  They have been calling my fax lines for 3 days.  When I contacted them they were very condensing until I told them who I worked for and that I was recording the call.  They got very couperative after that and agreed they made a mistake and I would not get another call from them.  Just a bunch of kids in a boiler room call center trying to take advantage of folks.  Don't trust anythnig they tell you and don't give out any information if you talk with them

The number is out of New York. I called and spoke to a guy.He is located outside the United States but this is where the headquaters is located...

They have a New York number. Call center is outside the United States but the headquarters is in Florida....hmmm.....

They are indeed a collecion agency, however their goal is to collect on very old credit card debts and settle for about 10% or less on what you may have owed.  They want you to call back using the number that appears on your caller ID that is how they verify your number as well.  I just settled a very very old Capital One account that was in the thousands for less than $500.  They also use a 646 prefix as well.

wiltondiary... you've been duped.  they are a scam.  if they are indeed collecting on real debts, they are all debts that are past the statute of limitations.

beware, they will read off all of your information to anyone who will listen.  they do not care to verify if you're person, they just spew out private data.  they also get mean if you don't cooperate with them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFORMATION.  they are a scam.  they will not send documentation in writing, they claim they already did, they will not allow you to get written confirmation of a debt/debt payoff amount prior to having your bank information.

I got a call from Full Circle and said I own money to them and I don't even know who they were. When asked what type of account it was like a credit card or loan they didn't know what it was. They give me the same address in Clearwater, FL and I'm going to write a letter to stop all communciations and if they keep calling and writing than I'm going to report them.  I asked for a statement of the account and was told they dont do that and I told them they have to under the Fair Credit Act and they also told me they sent a letter out two days ago ,I'm waiting to see if I get one. And if they call I'm hanging up on them. I'm not going to send anything to them then the letter and not going to put up with them calling me either.

couple of weeks ago I Received several calls from this number and various other numbers with same caller id name "saskatchewan te" Finally I decided to answer I forgot the name they gave but know it wasnt Full Circle Financial services. they said I owed a past due debt of 229 for an old southwestern bell phone account. I told them I never had an account with them but the guy kept telling me that he will settle the debt for a low low rate of 140 something. I again told him I never had an account with them and if I did I was unaware of it and will contact that company for details. the guy then put me on hold and transferred me to someone else. the next guy gets on and asks me how I would like to pay. I then hung up.
Few weeks later I recived another phone call from them they said they are from full circle financial services and are calling me in refrence to an at&t past due account. for 286 and that they will settle for a low rate of 186. he then asked how I would like to pay. I told him that I have investagated this company and it is linked to several fraud cases. the guy then transfered me to someone else. the next guy said the same thing. I told him what I told the first guy and was then transferred to another guy. the next guy asked how I would like to pay and was very addiment about me giving him my checking info. I told him by law he is required to notify me in writing and once I recieve the letter I will investigate it with at&t. he said at&t would have no record of the account because they bought it. I told him to send me something in the mail. he then asked for a fax number or email address I said no it needs to be by US postal mail. he said it would be mailed but in the mean time i can settle the account and he then asked me for my checking info. I told him I am not giving him any info until I receive the letter and can investigate it with at&t. he then repeated what he just told me and I repeated the same thing back. this went back and forth about 5 times. until I straight out told him I will not give you anything right now until I can verify with At&t first. he then hung up.
20 minutes later I received another call from them I answered and they went into their little spiel I then told them that this call is being traced and recorded for quality assurance. he hung up.
 These guys will go through all kinds of crap to get you to give them banking info.
oh by the way I am still waiting for that letter they said they are sending me.  
If I do owe any thing with AT&T I will deal with at&t and I will call them so I know who I am talking to. not some yahoo calling me on the phone in a different country claiming to be a collector.
if they call again I will try to get detail info about their company and will call the stateside company and deal with them. If they are a legit collections company they are going about it all wrong and need to handle it themselves and not task out to call centers in different country's.
still as far as I am concerned its a SCAM!!!! until I personally can prove otherwise.
