    I just received a call from that number and it came up that it was a cell phone (wireless caller)  When I answered it I got nothing - no sound whatsoever.  I said hello several times and finally hung up.

    My husband and I also got a call from the number 516-818-4833 just now.  The caller ID only registered it as "New York" and didn't provide any name.  My husband picked up the phone and said "hello" several times, but there was no answer whatsoever.  He then called it back, only to be told by the operator it was a NON-WORKING number.  In other words: most likely some scammers!!!
