I just received a call from this a$$.  He used the name Patrick Davis and said CashNetUSA are suing me for not paying them. What a bunch of BS!!! I never dealt with that company before. This is complete nonsense and I hope something gets done about these scam artists.

I received a similar call from 516-833-3396 saying it was a law firm and that GCS was suing me because I borrowed $500 from them online and didn't pay it back.  I have never borrowed from this company nor have I ever heard of them.  They said I was being sued by GCS and that they also wanted me arrested for stealing their money.  They are from a different state from where I live, so how can someone from another state have someone arrested?  What a crock!
