now he's using the name Robin White! Harrassing non stop calls!

A man is calling people from 516-986-3829 and pretending to be associated with a law firm but it is a SCAM.  Never pay a stranger regarding an unknown debt with a debit or credit card over the phone.

I get a call from this number every two or three months.  The name changes but the threatening message is the same.  It is a SCAM and if you try to return the call you get a generic voicemail.

HE CLAIMS HIS NAME IS JACK HOGAN CLAIMIMG I AM A PRIMARY SUSPECT IN A CASE IF I DONT RESPOND HE WILL REPORT ME TO SHERIFF AUTHORITY AND HAVE ME ARRESTED THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT RESPOND REPORT IT

Recieved a call from 516-986-3829 this david miller said he was an atty and if i did not call back he was calling the police to arrest me. he also called my neice and told he the same thing today. She called me upset.

this guy has called me before but had a differant #. Same threat.

I found out he got mt info from an application online for a loan.
I have called the company he said he worked for and they said it was a scrammer playing on us to be scard and paying him...

Dont believe them and report to your local police and carrier

Called saying that he was from some law firm, mentioned the sheriff's and claimed that I was running away from my debt. Even after threatening to call the police on him and calling him a scammer, he keeps calling back...even had my cell number too!!

I called them back. He had a heavy accent and said he was with a law firm. When I pushed back, he hung up. When I called back it jumped to a busy signal. he went by the name "Jack Thomas"

These people have stoped calling me for quite awhile. The feds busted a scam ring in India and this is where these calls are coming from. There is no such thing as debtors jail. If you applied for any type of payday loan or a loan online, they have your information and will keep calling. Make everyone you used as a reference for any loan application aware of this, they will try to get money from anyone they can.

This number keeps calling for an employee that has not worked for us in over a year.  He uses JOHN MAYER....oh, ok JOHN MAYER.  Called him to tell him she doesn't work with us, the same day he left another message AGAIN.  I called again and went off on him.  We'll see if JOHN MAYER calls again.
