I didn't answer the #, but whitepages.com states from others comments there that this is people calling to say they're from Microsoft (it's a scam) they say they want to fix your computer.... do not let them do it, just block the call and move on with your life... they're NOT Microsoft

It's an Indian accent guy named "James" calling to say they're from Microsoft or Windows. They say they want to fix your computer and they want you to give them remote access to your computer. They try to be very convincing but they connot come up with any proof that they work for anyone. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

called my business.  Like a 3rd grader, hung up when I called.  Call back to his/her line not able to connect.

These [***] have called numerous times to tell me they are getting errors from my windows computer. They can't tell me where it is coming from , but they say they know my windows license number. This is a scam.

We received a call from"Tony" saying that our computer was being hacked, and gave a false website, to hack us through. The site is www.supremofree.com BEWARE

This guy called with an very heavy accent saying he was with Microsoft and there were issues with my computer. I said really, I have not been on my computer or used it today. Try your scam somewhere else!!!!

Beware! Got 2 calls at different times from different area codes (spoofed likely) from the same accent speaking person saying they work for microsoft and that I have errors in my computer which they need access to fix.  With much probing, he admits that he does not work for microsoft but for a company called www.windowspctech.com, which according to http://www.scamaudit.com/domain/windowspctech.com is a website which is untrusted.

Phishing scam. Say they are Microsoft and are calling about my computer, but I don't have a Windows machine.

Have had these calls before, no one answers when picked up.   Am on the DO NOT call list...............They need to remove this #

516-986-6288 robo-dialer has called several times.  Picked it up today after researching the number. Was some Indian accented guy offering to fix my computer.  He had a plausible story if you know nothing about computers.  Unfortunately he could not satisfactorily answer any of my questions.  He just talked faster and faster as he repeated the script he was reading.  I kept him on the line for a long time and he finally got frustrated when I asked for his social security number and credit card numbers.  Figured the longer I kept him talking, the less time he would have to bother YOU !!  

Man with heavy mid-eastern accent.  He greeted me very politely, but only wanted to sell me tech support. I just hung up.  I have received calls from this number before, but never answered them.  Never will again.

I told him to go $%&# himself. Scamming morons.

They called my house phone got real nasty with me I told him don't let me find out where u r!!

They tried to tell me Microsoft update service is not working. Tried to get me to type in a www.teamveiw.com in msconfig and hit run. I did not hit run. I hung up when I asked where they were from and he started getting curt with me and his voice started to get uptight.  Scam

Today he said he was from a company related to Microsoft or windows and he wanted to let me know that the way my computer works and generates emails and programs is not good so he wanted to fix it.  why he wanted to fix it I asked? he said because i was nice customer,-- the rest of the story
I suggest that if he called you or called again, hung up or ask him for more information about him, he would hung up

You need to have fun with Microsoft scammers. Have them remote into a virtual machine to play around with. It won't do any damage to your actual computer and you can always delete the virtual machine afterwards.

This number shut my cell off when I listen to the message they left. It had almost full battery life, even when plugged in it wouldn't turn back on. This has happened more then once. From some random odd out off state number.

Received a call saying they were from Microsoft and there is a windows problem with my computer.   Appears to be a scam

My computer was sending them a signal?  Really?  How stupid do they think we are?  Blocked the call.
