caller id says "Albany NY" & did not leave message

I receive many calls every day from all over the country and they all give 518-312-4920 as a call back number.  I finally called the number and the person did not speak English very well.  He said something about my cloud account being something and then asked if I had a laptop.  I said "no" and he hung up.

We had the call and they said there was suspicious activity on my I Cloud account. I wondered why they did not email me if it was not bogus.

Got a message saying that my "i pod" account had been compromised and before using any Apple Product I should call this "toll free" number.

I had the same thing happen to me. First received several calls. The Caller ID said Apple Inc. Then I finally answered one and the person who answered did not speak English very well. He said my iCloud account has been breached. He asked if I had given my password to any one in China or Russia. I said no and then he asked if I had a computer. I said no and then he preceded to tell me I was lying. And I kept saying to him he had no right to call me a liar. He kept asking why I was lying to him over and over. I finally told him he was a scam and to take me off their calling list! I hung up. I called the number they gave me 518-312-4920 and the same man named John answered. I was going to call and ask for the manager until he recognized me and asked if this was me calling me by my first name. I yelled at him to STOP calling me ever again. Jerks!! Can't believe there are people like this out there.

Received calls from 3 different numbers, all using this number as a callback number. Caller ID showed Apple Inc. Call said my I-pod acct. had been breeched - funny ... I don't have an I-pod acct.

I've received multiple fraudulent prerecorded messages / robocalls in Florida as APPLE INC Tech Support Advisor about a breached compromised, APPLE iCloud account to contact 518-312-4920. Calls come as numbers to Apple Stores with different recorded message but all say to call 518-312-4920. They've called as APPLE INC 760-697-9800, APPLE INC 941-358-4600, APPLE INC 206-288-4400. These fraudulent calls should be reported to the FTC and your state has a DNC registry to them.

Rec’d 2 calls in 30 min stating Apple Inc and advising my Apple Cloud account had been breached. Then gave # 518-312-4920 to call back, I didn’t, as I don’t use Apple Cloud.

They've left four messages so far today on my answering machine... NOT calling this # - don't have any "Apple" products. Pretty sure it's a scam since it is a robo-call. Reported the multiple calls - but doubt it will do any good.

Left message saying Apple support. Sounded bogus.

I have received this cal 9 times in the past 2 days.  What are they trying to get from you with this type of call?

This is the computer tech support scam. They get access to your computer because you let them, and then install malware, spyware, ransomware and charge you money to do it. They also steal every piece of valuable info on your computer including, but not limited to, usernames, passwords, contacts, and banking information.

Did you use a traffic lawyer names Rakesh Joshi? It started for me after that. Anyone else have the same experience?
