SPAM - SCAM - WATCH OUT!

The call started with, "Congratulations..." but then I hung up immediately.
I am sure I won some fake trip, which I'll have to pay $$$ to further the process.

Got a phone call (9:08am) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize.
(Does this mean that they are involved in Interstate Fraud?)
They, of course, left no message.
As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for a number of years now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.  [Or not working for us.])

I'm going to

AND to
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)  [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]
I have also assigned a silent ringtone to this number.  (I am up to 97 now.)

I have received numerous calls from this number. HANG UP when you receive a call from this number. Its a major scam. They claim to work for large creditors like Capitol One and BOA but they have no clue about any of your individual information. Major SCAM. Don't give them any of your information. They are also very rude when you press 1 and ask to be on the do not call list. I asked for the manager and he just kept asking why, why, why. Not worth my time.
