Another scam call.  Don't answer.

Caller 518-618-4675, caller ID indicated Albany, NY. Picked up caller said, "This is the return call you have requested regarding the back brace commercial you have seen on tv ..." at which time I hung up. This is only one of several different numbers from different locations throughout U.S. with same computer generated message.

Caller ID: Albany, NY...Back Brace keeps calling

Caller asked for Mr. XX (my actual name). When I asked Who's Calling, they hung up.

Caller told me he was calling about my request for medical equipment. ???  Hung up and placed call number on block?

Called me on 11/2/2015 at 12:19 pm. A recording immediately said, "This is the return call you requested regarding the back brace commercial you saw on TV…" At that point I pressed the "block call" button on my phone and hung up. I never saw a back brace commercial, nor have I called anyone regarding same. Who falls for such scams?

FYI, NEVER, ever press any buttons letting them know they reached a live person. If you don’t have a "Block call" feature on your phone, then just hang up. If you want to report them to the "Do Not Call Registry" you may, but my experience is that they don’t do anything. The number is probably spoofed anyway, with no way to reach or find the scammers.
