Telemarketer. Please help remove. We are on DNC list

One more unwanted call. One more unanswered call. One more number to block. The list continues to grow.

Someone call my number and couldn't speak right. This phone number you called is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
Next time you call Us we will press charges for harassment of Privacy.

I'm on the DNC list and have more than 15 numbers plus this one now to add as people who have called and either leave no message or if I answer by mistake, don't answer and an immediate dial tone happens. What's the point of calling people if they don't leave a message or state their business? A lot of good the DNC list does

One lawyer in our office started receiving calls from this number recently. They seem to call after hours (5pm CST), so the message ends up in voicemail. Spam - This is for a "personal medical alert system".  Some line about a free medical alert system and $1000 in grocery coupons.  Obvious a scam and/or phishing attempt. It was a recorded call and did not give name of company. A return call to the numbers says the "The voicemail box is full".

The Do Not Call list is just as effective as the rest of our government.  I have filed several complaints and this is the answer you get from them: Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.
