I've been receiving repeated calls from # (518) 649-8943 - a few times a week - for the past 2 months. They never leave a message. I've picked up twice and they don't verbalize anything. I understand this is a land line in Albany. I've lived in Cleveland in the past but am now in New York. Blocking it.

I have been called for the past 3 months by this number and it's from Time Warner Cable trying to get my business when I've been a customer with them for YEARS!!!  I called TWC about this and was told that it's an Albany Sales office for TWC and that they would block the number for me.  That was on a Friday.  The following Monday the same place called me back THREE TIMES!!!  Again I called TWC and was connected with a supervisor.  He said he would call the office to have my number taken off the list but this is only his word and there is never any follow up.  There is NO way of ever knowing that the issue is resolved.  When they call from this number they leave NO message and when I DO pick up there is a funny quick beep and I sit there for more than 10 minutes EVERY time and NO ONE ever comes on the line.  I have even called that number back and NO ONE EVER COMES ON, you just end up staying in an automated loop.  We have always paid our bill on time and put our number on the Do Not Call List every year but STILL they keep calling.  THIS IS HARRASSMENT!!!!!

3rd call from this number today with nobody talking when I answer..It gets annoying and I want it stopped/blocked...I have no clue how to block a number..please help me.
