This number is simply a system access number for Distributel Long Distance.  It could be anyone from the Kitchener/Waterloo area who is a Distributel Long Distance Plan customer.

Who owns this number and why did he/she called. I tried to return the call but impossibe.

It's just an access code number for people who use Distributel long distance. It's probably just someone you know.

It was just a random rude person who dialled a wrong number and who happens to use Distributel for his long-distance.

# was left on caller ID as I was on another call.  Any attempt to call back results in "Call cannot be completed as dialed" or goes to dial tone after dialing.

THIS NUMBER called my home phone and the caller ID said" DISTRIBUTEL". I did not answer and then immediately afterward my cell phone rang and just showed the same phone number.

when this number comes up on my phone, it's my Avon Rep.

I had answered an ad on kiijji in may 2015, was able call the number ( 5195767700) lady called last night about new litter of puppies . I tried to call it today and it just goes back to dial tone ! Extremely exasperated !  Just would like to get a real puppy with no BS !
