this dude calls at 3 AM...no idea who it is

Same, I got a call from "it" too.

I also got a call today too...I'm actually suprise to find this number on this site

I also got this call! Who or what the hell is it?

So I did some simple research and found out this number is a land-line based out of Kitchener, Ontario. Their service provider is something called "Allstream" which seems to be an internet-based phone company. My guess is that people are accessing this line through a calling-card like internet service, so the general public is able to pay a fee and utilize this local phone line to make phone calls without long-distance chargers or something of that nature (not really sure how these things work). Or, people are using it in order to hide their personal phone number/identity, watch out!!!! This number is no better than an "unknown" call.

This is getting ridiculous. My husband as well as me are getting called non stop. we have called the cops and they cant trace it.
wow. thought we were the only ones getting pranked.

I found it was my dad calling me with his Skype phone.

this person calls me 12 times a day and im so sick of it, its really starting to bother me.

who ever strikes again. got a phone cal from this number today. i tend to not answer calls from random numbers.

Girlfriend calling from Argentina, clearly a calling card or skype type setup.

If you aren't expecting any calls from such a service then it's probably bogus, but the number itself isn't nefarious.

they called claiming to be bell canada.

this may be a way for companies to cercumvent the do not call list.  use a third party and cant be traced and then prosecuted for having made a telemarketing call to a banned number which we are suppose to be.

I dont really know but just a guess based on what others have wrote before me.

My wife got a call from a guy through this number today.
It says it's based in Kitchener. I am in Kitchener.
If anyone has any ideas about what we can do, please tell me.
The company (Allstream) should be able to do something about this happening.
If not, I will be dealing with the company!!!

I get numerous calls from this number about lowering my credit card interest rates.

at 435 pm on 6/22  received a call but no one was there.

I had my phone transfered to my moms house, my brother answered not knowing it was and the guy asked for my husband, funny thing there is no way he could call on our internet number its unlisted and not given to anyone, the guy told me is this man "Gerry Mood" (name changed for privacy)  a minor? I asked what this was in regards to? He told me it was for information my husband requested. He finally told me, I wasn't worth it.  So I told him the same.  Wouldn't tell me who he was only that he is Gary Cote.

just got a call and the dude was talking all slow...could't quite understand everything he said... said he didn't have a tv and wanted to know if it was true that michael jackson had died...

Received a call from this number, said hello was greeted by loud background noise before someone answered me. They asked for a member of my family who was unavailable at that moment and then hung up without further comment when I told them as much.

just got the call from this number saying i have been selected by my cc company and won a trip to orlando florida for 4 but they wanted my cc number exp date and the security code..i thaught somthin was wrong so didnt provide anything googled the number and here we are..

Just got a call from this number, asking for me by name. When I asked who was calling, the guy said "ok, bye" and hung up. Lots of noise in the background--sounds like a boiler room operation to me.
