    This call left a message on my voicemail for the first time after a few calls saying to call Joan Middleton at 1-800-256-8964 ext 302 and a file number from Credit Bureau of Canada Collections.  They said in reference to a name not mine.

    Credit Bureau of Canada Collections, Credit Collection Services of Canada they have said both names on same numbers!.  They are using a computer with fake phone numbers listing there locations in various cities to get you to answer your phone.  I have blocked a couple of them but, they just use another generated one.  It's all over a Hydro bill that was paid up in full now they say I still owe more after moving and no account anymore on their website.
