Got a call from this number "card services."  I called my credit card companies about the supposed lower interest rate programs.  They know nothing about it.  Was told it is probably a scam.

Just now called me and said something about my credit card. I have NO credit cards.

Robo telemarketer from some offshore company -- possibly India or Pakistan -- called and told me I could lower my credit card interest rate. When they connected me to an electronic sweatshop coolie, I repeatedly confounded him by asking him to tell me he wasn't a robot. He wouldn't tell me the physical address or the offshore state he was calling from either; when I informed him he was violating the federal Do Not Call list, he laughed and told me he was "violating me, what was I going to do about it?" This is probably a group of scam artists working out of Asia or the Middle East and need to be investigated by the FCC or somebody.

They not only call you but when you tell them that you have no CC they hang up on you.  Rude [***]!  They forgot that they called me!

I get tele calls periodically from this # ~ I never answer tho'. Interesting that today, the caller ID is "Hell No" ... not kidding.

They called me and identified themselves as card services. they offered to lower my interest rate to 6% for Bank of America capital one Penny Mac and another investor. they couldn't tell me what cards of mine belonged to those investors but all of my cards were going to be reduced to 6% across-the-board they wanted my expiration date for each credit card.  I hung up on them.

Called me from "credit card services" offering to lower my interest rate. They claimed to work for Capital One, Bank of America, Chase Bank, and other companies. When I told them I didn't know who they were and to put my number on a do not call list, they hung up without saying another word. Obviously a scam.

Another scam looking to connect through my phone so they can make calls on my dime ? AFTER LOOKING I FOUND AN ENTRY THAT THIS NUMBER WAS REGISTERED TO (US Pharmacy 520-232-5286) . I never answer call numbers I do not recognize , no less follow instructions that do not apply to me .

Got a call from this number saying they could lower my credit card interest rate..Ha Ha Ha...I knew it was a scam...it was just a recording ... so just reporting it...and hope you can identify and catch who ever it is.

Got a call from this number about an hour ago.  I didn't answer, they left no voicemail.  I called back but no answer and no voicemail.  Sounds like it is a CC scam based on the previous posts.  Thanks everyone who posted!

These fools called my cell phone which I almost never use for anything but emergency calls, and I rarely give out the #. They left no msg. like the cowards they are. Don't they get it...we don't want, need or solicit their calls. I would never ever do business with someone who markets in this  manner. Just stop, fools!

Got a call from this number and didnt pickup. I called back there was no voicemail. Looks like a scam from these posts.

I just assign these types numbers the title of scammer and then set the ring tone to none. Solves my problem.

Just got a call -- did not answer -- they left no message.  I put the number on the reject list for my phone. Ha.
