This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. Their scam is offering supposedly free medical alert systems to seniors by playing on fears of incapacitating injury. This is clearly a scam as when you do get to an operator, the operator further violates the TCPA by refusing to provide a physical address or phone number when asked, instead they hang up. As any legitimate business would gladly provide this information even if it weren't required by law, you can be assured that this is a scam. Do not provide this scammer any information.

Plus this scammer at the end of the recorded message states "press 5 to be removed from our list" which I have done multiple times and yet they keep calling.  I have filed several complaints with the FTC.

This number calls daily in the mornings. Pressing 5 to be deleted from the list does not work. If you hang up on the first call, the phone immediately rings again. I have reported this number to the National Do Not Call Registry to no avail.
