Called my business cell phone using an auto dialer (which is against the law. Calls to cell phones must be manually dialed). Got a recorded message about lowering my interest rate. When I pressed 1 to get connected I got an Indian call center where I could not hear the person on the other end clearly enough to talk to them.
In the past I've gotten these calls and pressed 2 to be removed, but they keep calling every few months.

Calling cell phone = leaves no msg - no name

Getting calls from this phone number on my cell phone. I thought "auto-dialers" to cell phones were illegal! This is a scam group phishing for credit card numbers. They promise to lower CC rates.  The area code is from AZ!

Called my cell phone left no message but unable to call back as it says it is busy.

I like others, I received the same scam call about lowering my interest rate.  Don't be fooled.
