"Litigation Department" called me saying I owed $400 from August. Really? I never took out a loan. Then they demand that I furnish my bank statement from August as proof I never received funds. Ridiculous!

i received a call today from this number from a John Marshall stating i had 8 seconds to call back or to have my attorney of record call them back they stated that they were from the Federal Credit Bureau.. I called back and demanded to know what the call was about they stated that I was a suspect in a case but would tell me what case and told me that i should know that i could not sweat on a federally recorded line i stated my 2nd amendment right gave me every right to talk to whom ever i please how ever i please and they hung up.. cant wait for the next call....

forgot when i called back the person who had left the message is the one who answered and suprisingly his name changed from John to Jack......

Please stop these calls now his name is Raymond, claiming to send my file to civil court on Tuesday. claims to be an employee @ Simons Law Office. When asked to email a record of the debt, he refuses.

Same thing happened to me I ask him to E-mail a P.I. a copy of the file and he hung up......

I received a call from this number on more than one occasion and everytime the man is very rude and threatens me with jail and lawsuits. I am not a stupid woman and I am not falling for this scam.

They claim that they have a case against me and the will sen papers to my employer and all this stuff but my phone off for one week and they have a fail on me and they can't tell me who sumit it

I received a call last week that had me in tears..... I have since received 5 more calls... each time it is harder to understand the person... I know one name left on a voicemail was Kevin... They say they are with the State Attorney Services...and that I am being sued for some kind of outstanding loan.... then they say they will throw me in jail, call and tell my employer that I am imbezelling money, all kinds of mess... I did get a name out of them in regards to whom the charges were coming from... so I called the company... I am being scammed... do not pay them over the phone... Things people will do these days is just SAD......

I received a message today from a Mr John Marshall with the State Atty Office.  I called the number when I got home.  The person on the other end of the line spoke such horrible english that I could barely understand him.  He was reading from a script and so condesending, rude and downright threatening.  He said that I owed a loan and was going to jail. He said that I have three charges, one of fraud, one worthless electronic check and I was so mad I can't remember what the third one was.  I know for a fact this is a scam,. HOWEVER,  what scares me is that this creep knew my e-mail address and the last four of my social.  I had my computer hacked into back in the fall and my whole operating system was corrupted.  These people are bottom feeders, scum suckers.  If they would take the creative energy they have used to come up with these scams and use it for good in this world, we might actually have a decent place to live again.  Until then, don't fall for these horrible people.

Don't you dare waste one single tear on these parasites.  They keep calling you because they feel that they will make you crack and pay them.  Tell them your phone calls are being monitored by the states attorneys office and your attorney and see how quick they hang up.  These people are cowards.  They prey on people who they deem to be weak.  Show them that you are far from it.  I hope you will find some peace soon.

I have had the exact same guy call me. The first call was Justin then it was john. Funny thing is they sounded identical!! The said they were from the state attorneys office in Florida.

they are a bunch of dumbasses they wanna call n get stupid with u wen u dnt provide the info they want. they can talk big and bad over the phone but scams and watnot do take a number on ppls lives, sum ppl are gullable and others are hard headed like me

I got a phone call today from a collecter who said that I owed a payday loan and the amount I owed was $856.72 I  have loan but not that much and when I asked him to send me paperwork he threarened me and said he was coming to my house and going to get me, he even gave me my address, then he said he went to college with my wife and was sleeping with her, when I asked again for paper work he asked if I was going to put them in my wifes butt. he was very rude and I was getting mad. he hung up, so I called back my wife recoarded it with her laptop and he was still just as rude I asked to speak to a superviser and he keep putting that off then when I asked for papers again he got really rude again and told me to quit being a baby, he asked if I wanted to put the papers in my butt and alot more. This whole call is recoarded what can be done.He has my address and all and I really don not like that.

Hes called me 6 times today his name has changed from Nick to Mr.Davis. hes calling with my mother social. Threatening me with lawsuits. I told him I new he was a scam and if he didn't stop calling he would receive a call from the actual attorney for harassment. He hung up and called back with different name. They won't give up!

If you get a call from this number do not call them back.....just reported and if you do call them back block your information.....lol! He called my home; looking for someone he doesn't leave with me; but made me very upset that he called and left a threatening message and then leaves a closing statement that may God help us and if not we don't return his call immediate worst will come to you.... this man is a dumb [***] and we need to put him in his place too.. he made me laugh because I demanded him to tell mw what he was calling in regards too and asked him numerous times and he got over aggressive and even told me that he was going to have his attorney file against me for harassment and I told him that will be fine; I will also handle over his message to my attorney and get him for harassment....anyway bottom line my research on this is that it's a scam and they are getting your IP when you're applying for short term payday loans etc...please always apply in person for these loans in your area
