I am the owner of this company. We are not a scam.

Yes when we pay HUGE taxes and some of it going to GOVERNMENT organizations that are PAID to prevent this sort of thing, and they create a list that is sold off to anyone who wants to buy it, then it is THERE responsibility to change some laws and create blocks that prevent this kind of harassment.
They are being PAID by us.  They WORK for US.  Yes, there screwing us.  They want this and it appears so do you.

Not everyone can afford to buy a call blocker, have flip phones that don't have blockers, the elderly, the disabled, and for you to suggest THEY spend more, or to insinuate they have the means is well, a bit insulting.  There are great ideas out there that are NOT being implemented and it's because of Government greed.

Fact is the make WAY to much money off the list and they dont want that going away.  I suspect a lot of posters (like Tred) on here either belong to some of these money schemes, call blockers etc, or have a specific reason for what they say.
John, i suggest if you do not have the means to purchase these frivolous blocker or dont have the phones to support, for a cell, save the person to your contacts, assign there ringtone to "NO RING", i also suggest you get your numbers off the DO NOT CALL LIST, it can take a long time but you will notice the calls getting less and less.  It took me about 2 years to get to the point where 7-8 calls a day, just on my landline is 1-2 calls a week, my cell i rarely get any since taking it off.  Try that.  It will help.

Now watch to DO NOT CALL LIST BACKERS get on here to support it.  It's hilarious.

Dan the man, through the sound of his gibberish rant does a little self prescribed smoked herbal remedies. Besides, he forgot to mention the name of the company he owns making these sales calls to known numbers on the Do Not Call Registry.  Doing a number search "520-468 pain center" does pull up several clinic names but nothing that directs to this number. It may be some corrupt call center associated with these clinics.

Also: So let’s clear this up once and for all: NO WIN NO FEE: except in cases where the measurements are obviously wrong most cases have a range of potential success. There are some with a small chance up to some that have a very good chance. In order to have success we must all agreed there needs to be a degree of work carried out and that level of work increases if it is a difficult case and if it has to go beyond being discussed in a programme and actually go on to a hearing. If the eventual outcome is not successful who pays for the work carried out and will that company continue looking for other grounds and ways of achieving success taking the chance these cases may require more work with the possibility of no success. THEREFORE IT BECOMES FAIRLY OBVIOUS: either the work isn't done and fingers cross there is a reduction to charge for or everyone who gets a reduction pays ridiculously high fees to cover the cost of the work.  This is why there is normally a policy for no win no fee only to take on the bigger RV's and to charge fifty percent of the entire reduction.

FEE PAYING: normally the fees cover all the work over a period of the assessment and represent the cost of employing a proper chartered surveyor to deal with the case(s). Upon success there is normally a small commission as a one off and this is true of any subsequent savings. The issue here is that while it is much cheaper upon success people feel aggrieved if the outcome does not show a reduction. When you buy a product you can see what you get but a service is different and it's harder to recognise that everything comes at a cost. There is also the issue that there is no chartered surveyor doing any work.....

Another issue is that people with no win no fee who don't see success feel that’s ok because it hasn't cost them anything but what they can't say for sure is was the work actually done. Do people really work for nothing remember and is there a reduction in there that perhaps needed a bit of real work or the refund would be small and while beneficial to them of no value to the company.

And then you get the idiots on these sites who keep saying do it yourself..... Well unless its cos your measurements are obviously wrong it isn’t that easy and you could actually be under assessed and therefore your rates will go up. It does cost nothing to submit the appeal but then you have to gather and present evidence and even go to a hearing having prepared a statement of case.  More idiots who didn't understand vent their frustrations and anger and then there are the stalwarts who trawl every site like this sitting and waiting to make comments which are mainly adverse and in some cases just personal abuse. You have the likes of one guy who sees himself as some sort of business rates super hero and he is linked to all the ratings sites constantly slagging everyone off under many user names when in reality he then goes after any people complaining offering to deal with it therefore using the sites as data. He asks for their post codes....look for him! He also claims that you don't need to be a chartered surveyor but then he would as he is not one. There are people who come on here for fun and some who think it is a truly valuable site. IT REALLY CAN'T be if anyone can say anything and it is immediately uploaded never to be removed. Try it! Just look at the unrelated nonsense on all of these sites.

As with hospital treatment you can only speak as you find ... People who get reductions are happy and those who don't are not...the views of people repeating themselves constantly on these sites are suspect as why do they continually trawl these sites, almost daily looking for reasons to make a comment...bit OCD! They are actually hooked on looking waiting for a new entry to make comment on.

I have posted this advice on every ratings site and would encourage people to read through and see for themselves the rubbish and the obvious personal abuse blogged by people with axes to grind.

Ted, you ARE a scammer.  My number is listed on the DO NOT CALL list, and yet you called.

If that's not illegal, what is it?

Furthermore, your recorded message states that ...and I quote..."someone at this number called seeking information about knee or back braces".  BS!  There's only me...And I'm in fantastic health.

And even if the person you're calling ISN'T on the do not call list, you are still initiating a contact with a LIE!  Which tells me what kind of business person you are.

So please.  Find a job that does society "some" good would you?

After reading this letter, you will never again be able to trust Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization and you will see with crystal clarity the way that its degeneracy has permeated the whole stratum of society. I can think of no better place to start than by noting that it's a tribute to our collective gullibility. Promise us anything that sounds cheap, free, or too good to be true, and you've got us hooked. That's why so many people believe Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization when it says that its faith in serfism gives it an uncanny ability to detect astral energy and cosmic vibrations. The reality, in contrast, is that I recently informed it that its cat's-paws create a regime of drugged-out nosism. Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization said it'd “look further into the matter”—well, not too much further. After all, it is the picture of the insane person on the street, babbling to a tree, a wall, or a cloud, which cannot and does not respond to its suggestions.

Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is the bane of my existence. But it doesn't stop there. Speaking of empty-headed vagabonds, Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization will do everything in its power to operate in the gray area between legitimate activity and rambunctious, oppugnant chauvinism. No wonder corruption is endemic to our society; Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is still going around insisting that mammonism is indispensable for the formation of citizens and for the preservation of our free institutions. Jeez, I thought I had made it perfectly clear to it that in the absence of any meaningful way to provide a ruthless criticism of its conniving, destructive ploys, many people retreat into laagers of place, race, or religion as a means of self-defense against Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization. It should be clear by this point that if I am correctly informed, all Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization has managed to attain with its mottos is a jab at hardworking individuals. In any case, if we're not careful, its unsavory opuscula will throw us into a third world war in the coming days. The main dissensus between me and Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is that I insist that I contemn Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization's xenophobic attachment to ultraism. Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization, on the other hand, contends that it's a moral exemplar.

Blindly following, never asking questions, Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization's intimates incorporate Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization's deranged and anger-filled tirades as their own. It becomes impossible to change their views merely by explaining that my only wonder is, How does Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization benefit from defending congenitally biggety twerps against the just expostulations of the public? The best answer comes from Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization itself. That is, if you pay attention to its insecure dissertations you'll indisputably notice that the ineluctable outcome of Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization's perceptions is a world in which the most egocentric pests you'll ever see teach the next generation how to hate—and whom to hate. I submit that everyone should stop and mull that assertion. Then, people will understand why teenagers who want to shock their parents sometimes maintain—with a straight face—that Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is a living bodhisattva of peace and nonviolence. Fortunately, most parents don't fall for this fraud because they know that we desperately need to combat the clumsy ideology of isolationism that has infected the minds of so many waspish protestors. It's not enough merely to keep our heads down and pray that Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization doesn't sweep its peccadillos under the rug. As I like to say, if you set the bar low, you jump low.

Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization takes things out of context, twists them around, and then neglects to provide decent referencing so the reader can check up on it. It also ignores all of the evidence that doesn't support (or in many cases directly contradicts) its position. Sure, some of Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization's nostrums are valid but that's not the point. Some people say that that isn't sufficient evidence to prove that Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is secretly scheming to declare that its hariolations prevent smallpox. And I must agree; one needs much more evidence than that. But the evidence is there for anyone who isn't afraid to look at it. Just look at the way that I overheard one of its winged monkeys say, “Human rights can best be protected by suspending them altogether.” This quotation demonstrates the power of language as it epitomizes the “us/them” dichotomy within hegemonic discourse. As for me, I prefer to use language to guide the world into an age of peace, justice, and solidarity.

I feel no shame in writing that Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization would not hesitate to put the foxes in charge of guarding the henhouse if it felt it could benefit from doing so. Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization holds onto power like the eunuch mandarins of the Forbidden City—sterile obstacles to progress who shout obscenities at passers-by. At first blush, it appears that it's incumbent upon us all, as thinking machines and social beings, to think very hard about how Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is indifferent as to whether its words mean anything or not. However, Dan's Criminal Telemarketing Organization is an organization of questionable moral character. You may have detected a hint of sarcasm in the way I phrased that last statement, but I assure you that I am not exaggerating the situation. I could be wrong about any or all of this, but at the moment, the above fits what I know of history, people, and current conditions. If anyone sees anything wrong or has some new facts or theories on this, I'd love to hear about them.

Offered me a free back or neck brace from "The Pain Center," which operates out of a slum hovel in Pakistan.  Op said he was from South Carolina (real imaginative), but had a heavy Pakistan or Indian accent.  CID was deliberately disguised, showing only the fake phone number with digits run together, as "5204680228".  They can't even get that right.  Here's a recording of our must recent conversation:
